Beds were quite hard.

Staff and breakfast were the highlight. Shame weather was off to not really be able to use roof top terrace. Bit of a walk to main centre but was good to see a bit of the city.

It was in a good location, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and rooms were comfortable and had everything you need for a stay. If you ever have Daniel in reception desk you are in good hands. He was so helpful, informative and made our stay feel special.

Rooms was not clean, bathroom ok. Dust under the bed and hairs on the floor and dirt behind the curtains… otherwise very nice hotel, breakfast room is a bit dark but huge ceilings!

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location is amazing and the rooftop terrace is certainly a big plus.

The hotel is located just 5 min from one of main city churches, and it is easy reachable by car or public transportation. The staff is very nice and helpful. The Rooftop terrace is a nice place where to spend a bit of time to enjoy the view of the city.

The breakfast offered, priced at €13 per person, did not quite meet my expectations in terms of value for money and variety. Additionally, the lack of discounts for junior kids was a slight disappointment, as such concessions can make a significant difference for families traveling with children.

The location of the hotel is superb, offering convenient access to various points of interest and essential amenities. The transport infrastructure around the hotel is commendable, ensuring easy and efficient travel throughout the city. Additionally, the availability of supermarkets and restaurants nearby enhances the convenience for guests, making it easy to pick up any necessities. The accessibility of the hotel is another major plus, ensuring that guests can navigate their surroundings without any hassle. A standout feature of my stay was the hotel's personnel, whose excellent service and hospitality were evident throughout. The internet connectivity at the hotel deserves special mention for its great speed.

Everything was very nice, except for the fact that the “gym” consists on a 6m2 room with three machines, one of which did not work.

Great location, 10min walking distance from the duomo, which avoids the noisy streets of the city center. Extremely friendly personeel.

Not a huge problem but shower didn’t have a main/dedicated light and was a bit small. Good power though.

The bathtub had a small issue with the drain, some of the lights in the room were not working. But those are not important and for sure it was only a particular situation. We really enjoyed our stay here

The hotel is very nice, has a great looking interior with classic white and accents of gold and pink. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also the location of the hotel is excellent, near the historical center of Firenze. From there to the Dome, it will take like 15 minutes walk distance and on the way you will see the most viewed attractions and a lot of suvenir shops and restaurants. We will return for sure here

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and while it was right in the middle of all things going on it was close enough to the area and gave you the opportunity to explore even more than if you were right downtown.

We booked a room with a private balcony, it was nice to be able to sit outside and have privacy but was expecting a little bit of a view... No view from our private balcony BUT was VERY happy with the rooftop balcony, with awesome view of Florence - the rooftop balcony felt very private, we went up there 4 times and only once were there other people up there.

One uncomfortable aspect is that you have to take your luggage through different stairs on the same floor to get to your room. Another drawback is that the shower had a wall that did not allow light to get into it.

Nothing really enjoyed it. I would recommend.

The location was great, very close to historic sites ( 5 mins from Santa Croce/Duomo 15mins) and river. Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable and well air conditioned Roof terrace is beautiful particularly in the evening. We abandoned the crowds at Piazzale Michelangelo and watched the sunset over the Duomo with a glass of wine. Lovely
