As above - probably would have liked a few more options for places to eat etc if I had been staying longer but the hotel itself was spot on and very nice.

Lovely stay and the hotel was really nice, comfortable and beautiful but there wasn't that much around when we were there. It was ideal for us at that part of the trip but if you were staying longer I think you would want more things to do.

We ordered a quadruple room (2 parents and 12 and 14 yo kids) and the room was tiny. One bed was coming out of the closet... Breakfast was poor... Their arrangement with the nearest lake beach could be much better (should benefit their guests and the beach...).

The location is perfect, and there's plenty of parking. The price was affordable.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location. On the shores of Lake Orta, with a beautiful view and a beach across the road. Peace and quiet, crystal clear water and air. You can only get here by car. We have already stayed at this hotel several times, but each time no more than 2 days

I won't crticise anything that is reasonably a result of coming out of the pandemic. But I would have liked the fridge to actually be able to hold some cold meats and a couple of bottles of wime - other rooms we have stayed in did, but this time it was a bit on the small side.

This was the third time we have stayed at the hotel and like just about anywhere at the moment the pandemic has had to lead to some changes. Room was fine, nice to sit on balcony and look out over the lake or watch people on the man made beach opposite. The hotel is on a fairly major road for local traffic and can be very noisy so sitting on the balcony is usually not a quiet experience, However staff in restaurant and on reception are very polite, helpful and firendly, and breakfast will no doubt continue to get back to its previous standard as Covid restrictions continue to be lifted. That's not to say it was bad, there was an adequate selection of cereals, yogurt, cakes, pastries, bread cheese and meats - but not back to their pre-covid standard. Staffing is restaurant was a little short in the evenings - the waiter was very helpful and polite but could have done with a bit of assistance at the busiest times. Again post Covid the menu was more limited than we remembered, but one has to accept keeping these business alive and getting back to normal will take time. Nothing in the reductions they had made would stop us going back. Fridge in room is one reason we go back to this hotel over others, staying a few nights it is invaluable.

reception staff are different to last time. a nice lady checked us in but otherwise there were two people who just sat there whilst the man in the restaurant was running around and quite busy.

Great location: access to a tiny beach called Spiaggia Miami (just across the road) and the hotel is less than 10 min drive from Orta San Giulio. This was our 2nd stay.

Wi-Fi had weak signal. It was difficult to make the most of the balcony as the sun hits it almost all day long with no possibility of shading. Breakfast was basic but ok for price.

The hotel was further away from Orta San Giulio than expected and walking to the town was not possible. It would be good to mention that a car is needed in order to go anywhere. The room was very basic, only four beds, nothing else. Beach is small and not so nice, also very crowded when hot.

Yusef at the restaurant was great, otherwise nothing special there.
