Beautiful suite with an amazing view. The staff were all phenomenal! Very helpful with planning, scheduling rides. So kind & accommodating. The restaurant was exceptional with incredible service, cuisine & view. Highly recommend a visit!

We stayed in the apartments, which were a short stroll from the hotel. We were taken by buggy. Facilities were fantastic. Had a drink in The Court bar, which had beautiful views of the Colosseum. Would definitely stay again. Nothing was a problem for the team

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff was very professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. The rooms are better in person. Everything seems brand new. The Colosseum is only steps away.

The property was excellently located with a brilliant view of the Colosseum. It was small, cozy, clean and comfortable. The view from the restaurant is magnificent. The food was sensational and the bar was fun with very unusual, quirky cocktails. The staff were very helpful and organised all our tours which were excellent.

The location and views! Wow! Unbelievable to have a room w a view and breakfast every morning! Walking around Rome was good and easy to navigate from the hotel location. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The rooms suited a family too.

Nothing, it was all fantastic.

The reception staff were extremely welcoming and made check in and check out as smooth and stress free as possible, the check in area is very intimate and has a warm homely feel which is what your looking for when your travelling a lot. My brother had a problem with the air con in his room but they rectified this instantly and moved him by upgrading him free of charge with no need to bring the issue up ourselves as they want their guests to be happy and that says a lot about how much they value their guests and their experiences. The breakfast had a fabulous view of the colosseum and was of a extremely high standard.

To find the high - end suites was a maze involving a flight of stairs, a courtyard, & two lifts. Basic elements in the £2k per night suite did not work I.e doors did not work…. And features of the room too complicated to utilise

The room were we stayed was a little bit away from the main hotel building(this is common in Rome), we went by the club car for 3 minutes. The building is in a quite area but at the end of the street you will find many resturants and shops, and offcourse it's 5 minutes away from the Coliseum. Rooms were spacious and have every thing you need. Very good choice.

bathrooms slightly odd being inside a wardrobe and also shower door not fully close able. it should be made very clear where the apartments are located. it is mentioned that they’re not at the main hotel but it could be clearer.

Location is perfect, the apartment is really spacious, the staff is amazing and very accommodating.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the team decorated the room for us with beautiful rose petals. It was very very special and meant a lot. We are very grateful to the team for such an amazing experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views of the Colosseum! We were there for our wedding anniversary and the team went beyond to make our stay super special! Our bed was decorated with rose petals and we got a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and fresh fruit - how very kind and thoughtful! When we went to the absolutely AMAZING restaurant on the roof top for dinner, the staff went on spoiling us with extras plus the menu was just divine. What a wonderful experience!!

No guest preference for dinning at Aroma. Amazing hotel but guests should be able to book at time of stay as opposed to 2 months in advance like outsiders.
