Superb location and view of the Colosseum. We stayed in Master Double Room with a Colosseum view from our window. The views alone are enough. However, the service from the staff also blew us away! Staff were always present for your every need: Held the door every time we came in and out, greeted us, helped with luggage, provided free coffee and water throughout the stay, assisted with reservations to the Colosseum and Vatican, called taxis, etc. The one time I had to ask for an extra towel, I'm pretty sure I saw them running to assist. Housekeeping came multiple times a day. I have no complaints. It felt cozy, relaxing, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast each morning was included at the top of the hotel with outside views of the Colosseum. Excellent food and drinks. There were no hidden fees at the end of the trip. Overall, lovely stay.

Everyone was super friendly & so supportive nothing was ever too much to ask for. The view is the best in Rome from an accomodation perspective as you are literally staring at the colosseum every day from your room & the food options nearby were blissful! I will miss this place and shall definitely return :)

As we were a family of 3, we ended up in an apartment about 5min walk away from the Hotel. we were only there for one night and would have preferred to stay at the hotel.

We can not rate this experience higher! The location, staff and help with coordination for an early flight and needing to have special care preparations were beyond all expectations. And the location cannot be beat! Amazed by the friendliness and attention to every detail. Grazie mille!!

Loved the style of the place- beautiful and thoughtful interiors, with good sound-proofing in the rooms. The views towards the Colosseum were very impressive, and we adored the bar and restaurant. We also loved the Hotel staff who were always friendly and accommodating, and who went out of their way to secure dinner reservations both within the Hotel and around town and helped us plan our short stay. They really made the stay extra special.

service was quite patchy. staff are not 5-star. front desk staff keep talking to each other while checking us in. waiter at the roof bar was super rude. when we showed up for dinner (we had a booking) he was playing on his phone. when we spoke to him he waved us away! we had to wait for the maitre’d to show up.

We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a completely different building about 5 minutes walk from the main hotel. The decor is slightly dated compared to other places we stayed in Italy but the location made up for that. Literally 5 minutes walk from the Colloseum. This was perfect for us as we only had 1 night in Rome and were easily able to see the main sights on foot. It was very hot whilst we were in Rome but we got up early to walk around the city. Breakfast really was special, the best we had whilst in Italy. Not just because we were overlooking the Colloseum, the food was superb. Eggs Benedict, cooked breakfast, fruit, fresh pastries, cheeses, hams…..everything you could want, cooked to perfection. In the evening, we had fantastic cocktails on the bar / terrace (must be pre booked). Whilst it had amazing views, It was very hot. I would recommend getting a shaded table at the back (even though the view of the Colloseum aren’t as good as the front tables). Parasols on the front tables would be good.
