Might be "too center" for you, as it's just around everything, especially main transportation area. There is no much noise if you close the windows, of course, so just FYI. The WIFI is very bad, and the breakfast, although having vast options, is pretty mediocre, for my taste. I'm sharing those as I'm looking for 100% return on value for my order. I understand it's not up to the hotel or an issue, just letting you guys know.

The room was very nice - big living room and a great bedroom. The shower and restroom were great. Had also another storage room. The hotel staff were very nice and it felt like a "real city hotel". I had a great time coming back every day and it was clean and organized. Really loved the central location.

The property was very close to the train station which was very convenient. We arrived from Venice late and needed to carry our luggage to a hotel and the hotel was just minutes away. Front desk was very accommodating

The room was small, and certainly not worth €300+ per night. The only window was to an inner well. The walls were thin. We heard noises from both the hallway and the adjacent rooms. The bathroom was poorly designed. There was no shelf in the shower for soap. The towel rack could not be reached from the shower.

Unfortunately it was noisy with street traffic, so if we stayed again we’d need ear plugs.

Beautiful room, central location. The buffet breakfast with views to the Duomo was a perfect setting for a 50th birthday. Staff were attentive and it was very clean and comfortable.

Front desk made a double charge on my credit card and were unable to reverse the charge right away and I was without those funds for my trip .

New mattress needed. A/C hard to sustain at night for sleeping. Mosquitoes came in as well.

Some of the room's interior and finishing were old, but that is also the charm of this old palace and to be expected.

Hotel Baglioni is in a great location. Just a stone's throw away from S. Maria Novella train station and five minutes walk from the Cathedral square and Giotto's bell tower. The city center with all its wonders is all walking distance The hotel has a great breakfast room on the top floor with large window panels from which you overlook the city skyline. I have stayed here a few times and breakfast never ceased to amaze me.

The passage to the room was too long and has few steps and we had stroller - so was not very applicable.

Its 100 years old. You feel like you stayed in a palace. Staff are very friendly. Service is quick.
