We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

OK price, friendly staff (we arrived in the middle of the night), nice family room, good and varied breakfast, convenient en-route location (for us) and we also managed to get parking space in the garage below (big plus!)

RussiaBreakfasts are strange for this network. There were no seats in the restaurant for breakfast. And the food is simply not good. Not tasty and no choice. In fact, I always took this hotel everywhere for the wonderful delicious breakfasts.
The room is ok. Clean, not cramped, although I was on the 1st floor. And the sociable Chinese kept me awake all night. The location is good. Free parking.

All stuff was good, there is a closed otopark at the -1. Floor, the hotel is far from the center of Milan, but if you have a car, there is no problem. Their breakfast was good.

I had booked the hotel as a stopover on a trip from southern Italy to Germany. A visit to Milan was planned just outside the center for two nights. As clarified in advance, the metro to the city center could be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Everything was fine for me. Likewise the breakfast, dinner and all the staff in the hotel.
