As in many Italian hotels when taking a shower the water float outside the shower. But everything else was ok, I did not really mind….:-)

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is older, but perfectly maintained, everything is clean, functional, very nice staff, excellent rich breakfast. The location around is nice and pretty calm, bakery and coffee spots close, bus stop infront of the hotel, subway 11 minutes walking.

The noise isolation had few flaws. The smallest lift "talked" when it arrived to the floor, announcing the arrival and the floor number. In the middle of the night, these sounds managed to wake us. The sound of ventilation system in the corridor was a bit loud. However, in the room it was ok. There is a busy street outside of the hotel, so it might get a bit noisy in the morning. Luckily, after days full of walking, it did not disturb us.

The hotel located a short 10-minutes walk from the metro statation. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they tried to resolve all our requests. We arrived early, well before the check-in time, but they managed to arrange us a room anyways. The breakfast was full and of high quality, with good selection of pastries and fruit juices. There are two lifts in the hotel. The nearest to the reception is a bit small and slow. To reach the second lift one has to walk few steps upstairs. The beds were very comfortable. There were also extra pillows in the cabinet. The room was very clean. Altogether, I would highly recommend this hotel for staying in Milan.

The room and bathroom were a little old, the blinds did not work, but this was no problem.

I liked that the room was on the 7th floor over the traffic. I slept well, it was clean - this is very much appreciated.

Couldn't set up the TV remote (sure the staff would have helped if asked) but figured out how to change channels with a button on the TV.

Excellent choice of hotel not far from the famous Meazza/San Siro stadium with metro links. There were English channels such as CNBC and Sky News. Was fully aware of the City Tax upon booking and there was a notice on the reception desk explaining it. Shops and restaurants such as Burger King are near the hotel. There was also a 24/7 outlet next door consisting solely of vending machines which I haven't seen in the UK. I can't rate services I didn't use such as the bar or breakfast but was happy with my room.

No negatives. The only slight criticism was that the room was a bit too warm and no way of really cooling it as the window only opened slightly.

The aircon did not work.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with nearby metro stations but just outside town which is nice if you want a quiter location. The room was very clean and it had everything you would need and expect from the brand. There is a supermarket just next door which is convenient.

A very good value for the money. The location seems far from the city center, but it's good, well connected and has a Supermarket next door. The cleaning services were great toiletries were also provided, and you get water into your room daily.

The bathroom is very small and when you take shower you don't have space to move and the fact that you have to reporogramming the card for entry every day

Hotel requires some refurbishment.

Everything was fine. Price, room, breakfast and location. Close to public transport and also close to San Siro football ground.

The breakfast was plentiful and really good - we decided eat there every morning on the spot. We had read about the rooms in advance, so the size of the room was not a surprise. The double bed was comfortable. The bathroom, on the other hand, was a positive surprise, e.g. enough space for your belongings. Friendly service and cleanliness is always gratifying and wonderful - like here. The location was good- metro and tram close by (walking distance)
