Exactly what we needed after our air bnb cancelled last minute. The staff were very accommodating and helpful in guiding us on what to do in Perugia. Would highly recommend.

Parking was a problem and it wasn't clear on the website that it was! Make sure to contact the hotel beforehand if you need parking!

It was a bit tedious to go up 3 flights of stairs with the luggages, but manageable.

The bed was not so nice. I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of covered wood. The pillows were fluffy. The room was nice.

Location was Great right at the centre of Perugia. Room was good for a family of 4 and bathroom was clean.

The hotel is located in the centre. It has a nice small garden where you can have breakfast outdoor on a warm, sunny day. The room is well equipped. Has a hairdryer. I was initially skeptical about the towels because they looked like line tea towels. However, they were very absorbent. Its a 2 star hotel with a 5 star service.

While there were aspects of our stay that could be improved upon, there were still some positive elements. Despite the lack of an elevator, the hotel's central location and attentive service were notable highlights. The beds were not very comfortable and the room didn't seem very clean.

The gentleman who assisted us at the reception desk was incredibly kind and accommodating, which greatly contributed to our overall experience. Additionally, the location was ideal for anyone wanting to stay in the historic center of Perugia. (also, good wifi!)

Bathroom was not very comfortable: no hooks for towels, in the shower no shelf for shampoo and so on.

Position in the very center, stuff is very nice and friendly, breakfast for good price. Very comfortable bed.

It was a 30 minute walk from the train station most of which was uphill, but that was not unexpected. The facilities were a bit dated and the room was small, but not much to complain about because this is a budget hotel

The city center of Perugia is an interesting place with all of the quirks of being a modern city within medieval walls. The Hotel Umbria is part of that charm being hidden within the backstreets of the city center. It is perfectly placed to enjoy the history of Perugia. The staff gave great recommendations on sights and restaurants. Convenient to the train station via the minimetro. Would gladly stay there again.

Great location, kind and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. Very warm during winter :) Be aware that Perugia is a city where you have to walk up and down hills (in case you have a lot of luggage to carry around) !

The staff were kind and helpful and friendly. The bathroom a little difficult to manage, being very small (not much you can do about that). Quite good value I also enjoyed the breakfast as the staff member who prepared the coffee went to some trouble to get it the way I like it. Thank you!
