Perfect location if you want a beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Best fried eggs and coffee. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very efficient and professionally run hotel. Great value in our opinion.

The staff does not really speak English so may be inconvenient when there is need to talk about something.

The overall familial atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, everyone smiling and very helping, the location is convenient both for going to the beach and still walkable to the historic centre and/or train station. Room was clean every day.

Very good breakfast. Free reserved -but not protected- parking place. A very nice, aged, but vivid and helpful, couple of managers/owners.

The parking places next to the hotel fit only smaller cars.

The breakfast was tasty and various. The location is very good in the summer season since it is near the beach. The old lady who welcomed us and served the breakfast was very hospitable and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

Decent brekkie with fresh coffee, although there could be more salty options over the huge cake assortment. In addition, rooftop terrace included to the room were great place to sip cheap red wine.

Everything was really great - impeccably clean room, helpful and friendly staff, a lot of choices for breakfast, great location (close to the sea and also in walking distance to the city) and a parking space right next to the hotel.

The hotel felt a bit outdated, but that’s again a matter of taste!

Good value for money, and really close to the beach! The whole place was spotless, cleaned daily and to a very high standard. Staff always tried to help where they could!

- Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful - Excellent breakfast, combination of sweet and savoury food. A lot of variety and very delicious. - Good location, close to the beach and not far from the city center. A lot of nice restaurants in the proximity - Exceptionally clean room

The road out front is quite noisy. If you don’t want to use air con it may be a bit disruptive during the night.

Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. The room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Fab coffee, lots of choices for breakfast - fruit, cake, pastries, yogurt, meats, cheese and eggs. The desk staff. Recommended a nice restaurant close by for our first night as we arrived a bit late. We had a car and at this time of year didn't have difficulty with parking at or close to the hotel. Within walking distance of the beach and a lot of great places to eat.

We loved absolutely everything! The owners are really kind and hospitable! And the rest of the staff are the same. Breakfast is super tasty and there are varieties of homemade cakes and tarts. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Beach is 3 minutes from the hotel( Bagno 41 Lucio is less crowded and really clean). Hotel has 5 parking spots, we were lucky to have one. We will definitely come back again!

Breakfast was rich, incl. amazing peaches, apricots and nectarines, but focused mainly on sweet kind of breakfast, which is actually typical for Italy and we respect it. Anyway more choices of pastry, ham, salami, sausages, cheese (or at least different kindes each morning) would be nice. It is not complaint, please, I do not want to break your hearts, only to help to improve something if possible.

Stylish Italian city hotel, in my opinion one of the most beautiful I could visit. I expected exactly this kind of hotel to stay for couple of days in Rimini. Amazing family, which I suppose owns and runs the hotel, it was pleasure to have small talk with all of them every day. We enjoyed our stay, we really did. This hotel and the owners represented the best old times and we appreciated it. Grazie mille.

We had window and balcony to the street so it was not quiet but when you go sleep,close the window,,turn on air conditioner it was fine:-)

Room was very clean,nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Good location,close to the sea. In the evening it is close to all pubs and shops. There is everyting you need in the room including fridge and water there:-) we highly recommend the villa.

Perfect location, very close to the beach, shops restaurants etc. Near bus stops for the city center. Very kind and disponibile staff. The room is perfectly clean and maintained on a daily basis

The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel was ideally located, close to the Beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stop also next to the hotel. Delicious breakfast, enough of a wide choice. The biggest plus were the owners and the staff: Charming and fully professional. We really recommend staying at this hotel.
