The walk up the stairs was a bit long, but they're putting an elevator in the building; so that won't be a problem for long

It was a charming, well-lit set of rooms with an amazing view of the hills outside of Florence. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. For instance a tripped circuit breaker turned off our hot water for our showers the first day, but it was immediately fixed with many apologies.

It is on the top floor with no elevator. We thought it was fine except if you need to carry heavy luggage.

Spacious bright room in a nice residential area close to the center. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The place was quite simple but enough for a few days in Firenze.

As it is a house not a hotel as it was described, there was no any spoon, fork, knife, plate in the room. The kettle was so old, I didn't want to use for tea. I have asked the owner to bring another , I was answered that the housekeeper forgot to bring but was notified. So during my 2 days stay, we didn't drink neither tea, nor coffee. So if you decided to eat smth in the room, bring with you your fork, spoon, knife and hopefully the kettle will be replaced.

It's located on the second floor with no lifts, so carrying the suitcases and baby strollers was a hassle. There were also cracks in the floor tiles.

The location is great; very close to the centre. The self check-in process is also very smooth, and Barbara is really helpful and friendly.

No parking space near the building.. No lift.. a lot of stairs to go.. There were lots of construction and a lot of noise..

The apartment rooms was located up stairs from the entrance door, however this space inside the apartment was used to store dirty laundry. At one point it was difficult to enter apartment due to piled up laundry behind doorway.

Good location only 20 minutes from city attractions. And host was quick to sort out issues without hassel the next day with faulty electrics.

Nothing really. Ok neighborhood. Slighty outside the city center, but not a real problem that. The fact that there was no breakfast included didnt matter, I prefer to take the breakfast at a bar, normally.

Everything good. Silent. Practical to organize everything just by messages with the owner. Nice to have a large kitchen/living room. All good, to sum up. Will consider coming back another time. Not expensive.

The floor could have been cleaner. A little spot for guests to make coffee in the morning would be really nice.

The location was fine, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the major sightseeing things. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The wifi worked fine. We appreciated the spacious bathroom and plenty of hot water for showers. It was a comfortable stay.

The house was historical, had an Italian feel, the ceiling was admirable. The location was good: 10-15 min walk to the city center. Barbara, the hostess, was very helpful and accommodating. Our flight was canceled and we arrived at midnight for our overnight stay and checked in nicely on our own. Barbara found a solution to every problem. Excellent!

The only thing about the rooms that was not good was that in the second bedroom there is a short door that opens to immediately to 3 steps down. She banged her head very hard on more than one occasion.

Barbara was extremely sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and charming, and quiet because the walls and doors are so thick. The location was close to everything, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Room was too small. The room we originally booked was unavailable due to water leaks, so we were given a smaller room but found out only after reaching the B&B. Although she gave us some euros back for inconvenience (nice of her to give it in cash which we needed) We did not know that they cleaned the rooms only upon asking. We used the same towels for 2 days/3 nights. The flush made very large noises on each flush and ongoing road construction work did not help as well. The shower space was cramped too.

Barbara our host was nice and quite responsive. 20 min walk from the market and shopping street.
