Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Room was located on the ground floor next to the lobby and was noisy. Noise from the piazza outside didn't help. Too much external light from the corridor disturbed sleep.
Friendly, helpful staff, small but comfortable room, good location in the centre of Talamone. Loved the rooftop terrace with a view over Talamone

Check out was managed by a rather abrupt rude woman whose main interest seemed to be to get us out as soon as possible.
After cycling 65 miles in the heat a very friendly check in, clean and tidy room, and the hotel is centrally located close to a number of restaurants. A nice variety of breakfast items.

It was the most expensive hotel during my 16 days travel trip through Italy in 2023. All other hotels were much cheaper than 100 Euro. But I know this coastline near Maremma Park is pretty much appreciated and in favour by Italy vacation people. So it is maybe as expensive as the other hotel are in that beautiful area. Bella italia.
People and service personnel very friendly and helpful. They had organizid to arrange getting a bike for me and to get picked up from the station after my arrival. Brakfast very goo, a lot of various coffee types.

Hotel looked a little ‘ tired ‘ in places. But good value
Breakfast was average and adequate. Location was perfect … old town centre minutes to restaurants on foot and lovely scenic areas to walk.. beach as well

our room was in a very uncomfortable place. we were right next to the reception, we had 0 privacy and we heard constant noise the whole night and day. I don’t think this room should even be offered.
very good location, right at the center of Talamone. also it includes an amazing rooftop in which you can see the whole town.

The mini refrigerator was smaller than usual ones in other hotels. As if the purpose was to prevent guests from using it. The snack bar prices were too much. Why is a natural / with gas water 2.5 €? It is only one euro in the market, 100 meters below the hotel. 6 km far to the beach with sand.
It was clean and elegant. Air conditioning was good. You should find parking place around center after a few tours.

No Parking in front of the hotel and some streets are narrow. Parking available at 5 mn from the hotel.
The location is great as it is right in the old city center with all the restaurants at 50 meters

In the whole village there was very little/none internet connection. I believe it’s kind of a joke in 2023, but it’s not the hotel’s fault.
The hotel is quite central and near to all local restaurants and bars. Friendly and professional staff. Very very clean hotel. Nice and rich breakfast. Lovely rooftop with jacuzzi and chaise longues for sunbathing. Our room was really quiet and hushed.

The towels were not clean The walls are super thin and you can hear everything from outside and also see the light of the aisle The bathroom gets wet easily and it is super small

Our room has been really small, the furniture was quite outdated (it seems it has been refurbished 30 years ago...). The room had no balcony and was nearly on the ground floor. In our case, the pricing policy has been really unreasonable for the service offered and intransparent as well (same room would have costed nearly 30 percent less the following week).
The only positive things to mention are the helpful front desk manager and the cleanliness of the room.
