Bed was quite soft which wasn't great for my back (personal preference). But only a minor point.

Even though our room had a partial sea view, it was stunning, with a view of the sea, the mountains and also the gardens. Facilities in our room were great, breakfast had lots of choice and the bonus was the pool, which was a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The location is perfect. - right in the middle of a small but beautiful village. Stunning views through the magnificent gardens and pool to the sea. An easy 1 kn walk to the start of the Zingara Reserve. Rooms well equipped, including in room kettle, iron. They are clean and bed medium firm and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing — so many options including sweet savory, traditional home made. Restaurant is also very good , and is beautifully located overlooking the ocean.

Very noisy in the morning, as we had the trash truck very early. Unfortunate, but annoying.

We were looking for an overnight stay near Palermo International Airport and saw this property that said it was 17k away. The pictures were so lovely and the reviews so good we booked it. The day before leaving for Palermo, we discovered it’s actually more than 40k from the airport. This should really be corrected. We were up early and just had time for breakfast to make our flight. Someone else might not be so lucky. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the jaw dropping drive along the coast and the gorgeous views from the restaurant and pool area made it all worthwhile.

The view of the sea was mesmerizing and the wee village was charming. This hotel has the most considerate staff and the breakfast was first rate.

Mosquito net in doorway to bedroom broken so we got attacked by mosquitoes every night!

Staff so friendly and helpful and welcoming. Special mention to the lovely receptionist Giorgia. Breakfast excellent and lots of choice. Catered for my gluten free diet.

Wasps can be annoying at the bar and at breakfast. Maybe just the time of year.

We were upgraded to a bigger room with a jacuzzi which was lovely. The garden, pool area and bar were excellent with great views. Staff lovely and the cleaning staff especially were very good. Location is perfect, one minute walk into the village and 1km to the car park for the Zingaro reserve. Car parking was also close by and worked well. Very good breakfast and excellent cocktails in the bar.

The room was a little small, but very clean and had everything we needed

The location of the swimming pool is beautiful - also quiet even though it was high season. There were plenty of loungers and parasols or shades around the pool. The views from the hotel are beautiful. The food in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff in the restaurant and reception were extremely helpful. Air conditioning in the room was good (It was extremely hot when we were there so this was super important).

The toilet flush didn't work very well.

We had a room with a balcony that almost look at the sea and it was lovely. We had a bottle of water that we could consume for free. We checked in two hours before, without any problem, and the day we had to leave the room, the receptionist told us that if we wanted we could have stay the all day as well using the swimming pool. There are so many nice things I can say in a such a short trip we had. Friendly staff everywhere, delicious breakfast, superb dinner, swimming pool and bar with a breathtaking view!

Frigobar was keeping hot due to it being housed in an enclosed wooden cabinet with no ventilation.

Location, scenery, staff, food, universal power adapter accepting plugs from multiple countries and with 4 USBs. We also liked the additional two USB’s in each bedside.
