The landlord is very kind and helpful. He gave us a detail suggestion about how to travel in Forenze. The accomdation is extremmly good. Way exceed my excepetation. Good car parking slot. I am very thankful to the landlord.

We didn’t stay in the exact room we booked but it had everything we needed, nonetheless.

We loved that there were all the amenities we needed such as a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. The host was truly amazing and even left some juice, biscuits and cream for us as well as a bottle of water in the fridge. We were provided with dishwashing tablets, washing machine pods and toilet paper (things that aren’t always expected from a self-catering place). The location is perfect for getting the bus to the main train station and there is a very affordable grocery store close by called Esselunga.

Buses stop at 10pm - however taxi from the tram stop are not expensive (or a 20 mins walk)

Very nice, clean and tidy apartment with a large lovely garden. Spacious for a family of 4. Hosts are very kind and gave us a lot of info about the area, transports etc. Large supermarket is 5 mins walking. Need to catch a bus and a tram to get to the city centre, but they are very frequent (never had to wait for more than 5 mins)

We stayed as a family for 3 nights while enjoying Florence, the Tuscany region and the Cinque Terre. The La Tinaia was a great home to us. It’s inside a nice compound and had a private parking area. We could have our breakfast and dinner in the beautiful garden. Florence central station was a super convenient 10-15 min drive away. We’d like to thank Agustino for his great hospitality.

A very nice apartment, opening out onto the garden. It was nicely decorated and had a kitchen that was well supplied with utensils etc. The apartment was spacious (bigger than where I live) and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and supplied us with bus tickets to get into Florence (1.50 euros each way). The apartment was easy to find, with good parking, and convenient to get into Florence. There was a large supermarket just a few minutes' walk away on the main road. Everything was good.

The property backed the street and although not very busy traffic wise you did hear the cars during the night.

The property and its facilities were great. Lots of secure parking a big outdoor space which our son loved. The hosts were very tentative and happy to help at all times.
