The WiFi was abysmal for those needing to maintain a consistent reliable connection in order to be able to work. Don’t do what I did and assume the WiFi will be strong enough to use for work purposes.

Amazing location, seamless check-in. Of course you hear the trains at night but it comes with the territory and is ten times over worth the proximity to the station.

Great instructions by WhatsApp due to late arrival / early departure. Easy to find with Waze, quiet and comfortable. Generally clean and logical. Parking was next door so handy when it was raining hard.

Check in was a bit clunky and although booked two beds had to upgrade to get them…they had fine print but was discontinued.

Would have loved if the air conditioning could be turned on for cooling. It was set on a heater function and could not be altered. We understand that this is because the time of our visit was during winter.

The location of the property is near the central part of La Spezia and close to the train station to the towns of Cinque Terre. Elettra was simply amazing in her meet-up, explaining to us about the property, how to get to Cinque Terre, dining suggestions. Everything was well thought out and it extended also to all amenities in this property. Parking was convenient, near the property and could fit our 9-seater van. We loved our time here. Noise does travel between rooms to some capacity. We heard a baby crying in one of the other rooms and were thankful to have earplugs.

This was a great BnB. Our room was really clean, with comfortable furnishings and beds. The key card system is very nice. Very convenient to La Spezia Centrale train station to hop trains into and out of Cinque terre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought this stay was well worth the money.

Le 5 Tere La Spezia was fantastic! We meet with Elettra who took us to our accommodation she was so nice. The room was great a really comfy bed modern decor clean and tidy we absoulutley loved it!!

No windows only a balcony door which was like a building entrance - when open you go into the street ( Monterosso) we could not leave it open for fresh air as anyone from street could have entered ( door Knob was also outside).

1. Location is near train station and city center 2. We stayed in Monterosso Room was clean, newly refurbished quite spacious 3. Shower has good water pressure - no problems with smells 4. We were here in october so area is not noisy

The room is located on the ground floor, it will be a bit noisy in the afternoon, but its fine at night.

It is within walking distance to La Spezia central train station, ideal if you are visiting Cinque Terre.

Excellent location near the train station but off the main streets. Elettra was very responsive and helpful, met us at the apartment and was a wealth of information on things to do, itinerary plans and places to eat.

Literally nothing to complain

Everything was great! We had a lovely room called Monterosso with a really comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We used a parking space for 2 days (30€ per day) which was just around the corner and the location itself is a 10. Cross a street and walk for a minute - voila you're at the trainstation. We got a lot of information about getting to cinque terre, got a timetable for the trains, recommendations for restaurants and the coffeemachine in the room was a nice luxury. Great stay, would definitely book again!
