It maybe the cultural differences but wait staff at the breakfast were extremely rude as she couldn't speak English and we did not speak Italian. She was angry over my colleague asked for double Expresso instead of accepting what she already made for him. At the end we just laughed it off but I feel it may not be the case with every other Guest. If you are on business trip, you must carry your own cloth iron. Non of the hotel provides this.

Rooms were big and good. I received room with bath tub in it. To my surprise, it was hilariously kinky room with round bed and dim blue and red lights. There were absolutely no way to turn on regular lights except the night lamp. Cherry on the cake were room had theater stage in the room, like actual stage where group of 6 can perform comfortably. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the pictures. Big stage like really big😂. Hotel staff failed to answer the reason why it was there in first place.

The breakfast was plentiful, with locally made pastries, ham and cheeses. The staff were friendly. My room was large and very clean. There is a supermarket just up the road, with a chicken and chips shack attached. The nearby pizzeria Diometro was fabulous. I used the local buses to travel around, rather than taxis, but they needed a little sussing out, especially finding the bus stop.

4 stars but they don't have an elevator!! -From the parking lot you have to carry your luggage yourself to level 2 or 3 - The staff at the reception careless!!

Rooms were not to standard. Need major update. Linen/Bed/Fixtures TV was not functional most of the visit Restaurant food was substandard. Was not a good hotel feel

I expected a comfier mattress since I was staying in a hotel. They said they had free airport shuttle service but it wasn't working the first day I arrived (from the airport to the hotel). I needed it again the next day from the hotel to the airport early in the morning but they said it started at 8 am so it wasn't available. They instead offered a taxi that had an agreement with them and charged €23.50 but once I took the taxi the man charged me €25. It is not a considerable difference but it was not a good experience because I was told something else. Location was not even good once you take into account that the airport shuttle didn't work when you needed it.

Option for early breakfast (4 am). It didn't include much but at least you had a glass of juice, a cup of coffee and a biscuit.

First, for being a 4 Stars Hotel, it doesn’t have an elevator. I had 2 heavy suitcase which I had to take up the stairs to the third floor; luckily the receptionist helped me with one; thank you so much. The room had a good size and bathroom was comfortable but I had a hard time finding the switch to turn on the lights. Then, my room was missing the curtains but one of the Hotel staff apologized for not being ready; my booking was a last minute one and they didn’t have enough time to finish the room, they were being cleaned. The location was next to a nightclub or banquet hall. They were having a party so I heard the noise until 3am which ended with fireworks that illuminated the whole room because of the missing curtains. The hotel advertised a shuttle to the airport but when I asked for the service they don’t have one, what they do have are taxis at a discounted price.

I liked the staff; they truly made the difference in the Hotel. Friendly, attentive, they really do their best to make your stay comfortable.

very dark, and floor was dirty. only a thin sheet on the beds.

very friendly staff, didn’t speak English as their first language but always made an effort. moved us to a different room when there was noise outside for no extra cost. free mini bar, close to the airport, taxi has discount cost with the hotel

being a airport hotel it’s not unexpected to have traffic through the night but the walls are thin and the rooms were really noisy
