We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandService was sometimes a bit well lets call it indifferent. Not unfriendly or anything, but also not always as forthcoming and with a warm smile as I would have expected. But to be honest I had that feeling a couple of times in various places across the city.
Great place to stay in Milano. Close to the city center and to Brera (an area full of bars, restaurants and smaller shops).the rooms are modern and nicely designed, maybe a touch too dark -but could have been just our room. The rooftop bar offers a great view, stylish seating and a great selection of cocktails/ drinks. Breakfast is also served on the rooftop.

KuwaitWith the exception of the mistake everything was good in the hotel from the receptionists at the property to the concierge.
At first I was disappointed with the staff for making me check out my previous booking out of the room as we got quiet comfy in it, and when we checked back in the hotel a day later I raised that remark and the hotel staff were considerate enough to accommodate a junior suite which made my stay for two days sensational.
