The bathroom in my unit was showing signs of old age and needed some attention. Breakfast was a little thin with many items missing.

The location suits me very well as it is a short walk into the centre as well as to several cousins living nearby. It have ample parking space and has bicycles for use by residents. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Can't say too much, it was a very short overnight stay. The facades of the building could be renovated at all, the rooms are let's say friendly vintage.

On my mistake we came 1 day earlier than booked. Immediately the young lady at the reception offered us to get in touch with booking and try to change the reservation without additional costs. Booking accepted (Thank you Booking!) so we had a pleasant night in Padova! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, specially the bed was very good.

The hotel is in good position, so that we were able to walk into the centre of the city. Having parking available was a great asset. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

The location is not too central which wasn’t great to get more sightseeing done in little time. Do not recommend the Spa— very limited (only has a sauna + steam bath) and it’s quite expensive!

The room was spacious, modern and very clean. It was also silent and comfortable. Great breakfast selection with high quality products and friendly staff.

Odd thing about Padova is that the city bell rings 7:00 and wakes you up :) Plus, our room had a strong insence smell (India, sandalwood). I love it, but it was too strong.

The location was quite nice. A bit further from the centre, but not too far. Perfect parking in private parking of the hotel.

Standard hotel room, nothing fancy or charming. Room was cold and thermostat would not allow us to make it warmer.

Great location for visit to La Specula Old Observatory of Univ of Padua. Just across the canal. Easy walking to many Padua sights, a lovely neighbourhood. A good breakfast included in the price. Extremely helpful staff, Emma helped us obtain necessary reservation and tickets for the Scrovegni Chapel Giotto frescoes. Easy, free parking. Would def stay there again.

The cleaning chemical smell lasted all day and is very strong. (Blah covid blah) ok but it smells very strong.

The pictures of the rooms on the website do not match my room at all. Although the room was clean and nice, it is a bit outdated. If you get a room on the side of the street it is very noisy at night and early in the morning. The A/C didn't work, and it was very hot at night.

Nice place and nice staff. Friendly and attentive. Great to have a parking att he back of the hotel as parking in Padova is not easy. very good wifi, a bit hard to work int he room due to limited sockets and small deck/tables. but you can make it. The restaurant offer little things but all very good, so easy to have dinner there. the SPA is small but pretty.

The bathrooms need to be renovated, room decor in general needs to be refreshed.

The staff was very pleasent at reception and quick to serve coffee during breakfast, which was exceptionally good - fresh strawberries, cakes, prosciutto, honey comb... Another benefit is 15 min walking distance from city centre so you can leave your car in peace at hotel parking.

This has been an excellent 4 star hotel but is perhaps becoming a little tired in some respects. Noticeable in the bathroom particularly.

About 15 minutes walk from the centre. Friendly staff. Spacious clean rooms. Parking to rear.
