Rooms extremely small. Bathroom I think you'd honestly really struggle as a bigger guy. A couple would also struggle. Shower pressure and hot water amount was terrible Doors to building and your room were not keys they were codes. Not sure how often these are changed but it's given to you on an old card so I don't think that often. Made me feel a little unsafe as a solo female traveler that random people had access to my room at any time.

Loved the location. Right in the middle of Monti on a cool street and literally could not be any closer to the metro Cavour stop. Good air con. Black out shutter windows.

Room was big, but did not have many usable space: tables, chairs, any hanger, and sound isolation is very bad. Despite the big room, bathroom was super small, so we keep our cosmetic in the room. In the tub there is no place for soap or bath.

Property is clean, close to the city center, Forum, Coloseum and other atraction. Staff is nice, helpful, and room is cleaned everyday. Room is big, bed is comfortable. In front of rooms is shared kitchen with coffee machine, tea, and some sweets. There are two locations of this accomodation, we were on the Piazza della Subura.

There are two Nerva Hotels and staff travels between both. So there is no staff at the hotel half the time. And sound isolation was quite terrible to be honest (besides advertising a good sound isolation in booking). I could hear my neighbour snoring and there was some construction done on the floor over my ceiling which made it impossible to sleep from 8 onwards everyday (the hotel is on the first floor of a building of several floors).

I liked the location of the hotel very much. Better for that price, quite impossible I would say. The room was also very nice

Only cabin luggage enough space. Noisy neighborhood, the bathroom quite small and slow water drainage at rain shower area. They have separate room for pantry but was not inform.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear the guy in the next room so clearly. It was as though he was sleeping right next to us!

Knowing the raise in tax before arrival. Better food choices. I use a noise app on my phone or noise would have been a problem from outside the hotel.

This is really close to the metro. It is also a short walk to major Roman sites. There are many restaurants, stores and bars close by. The security is tight which is good for this area. We were met within minutes of calling on arrival. The building is hundreds of years old with thick walls. The AC worked well. Roomier than some Europe central hotels I have used. The tax was 7 E per person per night which had raised since I booked so shocked me--you pay that on arrival. The "breakfast" is packaged melba toast and croissants, corn flakes jam and milk and juice as well as hot drinks. You do your own dishes. All the staff were nice.

Nice property,near to the sights (maximum from pantheon 30mins). Monti for me is the best place to live and this sums it up all!!It was such a pleasant stay with no troubles

Quite a lot of noise from some of the other guests, which was the biggest negative. If I was to be picky, I’d also comment on how reception is only manned at particular times and my late arrival (still at a decent hour, though) meant I really wanted to make the most of my stay, but reception were eager to take payment when I was out exploring Rome so I had to rush back to the hotel to accommodate their eagerness.

Location was the biggest plus, after that I was most impressed by the automation of their security/access to the property, and finally with tasteful decor being the next best thing about this property. To be clear, the security and automation of the property will ensure you feel safe and secure at all times, via their ‘three PIN code’ access.

Clean cozy room with all needed facilities. Check in was good with nice staff and helpful staff. Location of this hotel was amazing. There are many good restaurants and its just 10 minute walk from main station and 10minute walk from colosseo. 100% recommend this hotel.

Location was perfect in such a cool area, so close to the main attractions too! The room was good I loved the black out blinds, AC and the bed was firm which I like. The staff were nice they cleaned my room after the first night and after check out let me store my bags for the afternoon.

The Internet connection was terrible, I needed to create a Google document for work once, it was next to impossible. Also, the message from the host said we could have breakfast the next morning after we arrived, but we didn't. It was not really clear where we were supposed to find it. No big deal, though.

Superb location! Next to the metro station, a lot of cosy streets and restaurants around, we absolutely loved the area! Colosseum was located within a short walking distance. We haven't even seen the host(s?), which was actually great, nobody disturbed us. Small bathroom ensuite, big bed with white sheets.

Water tap was spraying water everywhere. No storage surface, soap or towel rack in the bathroom. Only one outlet in the room. Quite noisy.

Great communication, easy check in/out, was able to check in early. Next to metro station and central location. Room was cleaned every day. There was a kitchen and even breakfast.

the only issue we had was the bathroom was small, with my partner being over 6 foot the shower was a squeeze!

the location is absolutely amazing, so central for visiting the main sights, also lots of great local cafes, restaurants and places for ice cream. We were met by a staff member who showed us around and gave us all the details we needed to know. I love that you don’t need a key, everything is code access. there is a great shared kitchen with coffee all day and pastries and yoghurts for breakfast. the room we had was massive, the bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well.
