Very close to the airport, we had very early flight, so 10 minuts walking at 4 o'clock in the morning was very refreshing.

Short walk from Milan Bergamo airport. We arrived very late at night due to a flight delay but it was no problem. Great room and quiet despite being beside an airport. Beside a huge shopping centre which is handy if waiting for a flight as we were.

Stayed for one night after a late flight. Hotel is within a 10 minute walking distance from Bergamo Airport. Staff at reception were very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. Would definitely book again.

Our AC unit in the bedroom didn't work ( we didn't complain because we were really tired and had to catch early flight) They would definitely change our rooms

Food was okay and it was nice to be welcomed with a glass of prosecco. However, food and drinks are overpriced (5€ for 100cl of water??).

The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was a little hot even with the AC and I’m not sure I would be comfortable doing to walk from the airport at night on my own although I think there is some sort of shuttle.

It’s quite convenient for the airport although there is a 15 minute walk or so to get over to it. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the room was nice.

Some guests were smoking electronic cigarettes during breakfast inside the breakfast room (not on the terrace or fuori but inside!). I can't tolerate the smell especially during having a meal. Staff once or twice told them to stop it but it was ignored.

You literally walk to the hotel from the airport which is huge advantage if you need to make a short stop-over. The room was clean. The soundproof windows are great - almost no noise from the airport and busy road right in front of the window. The breakfast is amazing - savory, sweet options, coffee, juices, almost everything.

surcharge travel something tax of 4 e pp a night; in the bathroom there was a led lamp in the ceiling hot like hellfire

world-class room, spacey, rather quiet considering it is next to the airport and the highway; bath had a tub and a nifty showerhead; catered to bring a big bed even if booking displayed only 2 bed rooms.

Check in is at 3 pm , when we asked to get in earlier, the answer was absolute NOT before 15 hr ,unless we paid €49 extra. We checked in with our passports in the morning so we would save time when we returned at 3 o'clock ,when we could enter our room ,only to be told that we had to do the whole procedure again. Only 2 sachets of coffee and 2 sugar, no milk portions in the room, When we asked for some more the receptionist told us this is a free courtesy so we shouldn't expect more in other words. We offered to pay for them. She did send some up to the room for free in the end. I feel , a hotel with these prices, one shouldn't have to have a discussion over a few coffee sachets especially as l have stayed many times in this hotel. Was disappointed with the service in the end. Otherwise everything else was top .

Walking distance to airport and Orio shopping center are very short. Good size room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and clean.

Loved how it is such a short walk from the airport terminal. Great place to overnight if you have a late or very early flight. Hotel was excellent value for the overnight price.
