The room was noisy. Noise from the village outside as well as from the hotel inside. Sleeping with the window open is difficult. The fan in the bathroom is definitely too loud and should be replaced. The menu card is imaginatively written, a bit confusing. Could be more concise and beautifully designed. Drinking water dispenser in the spa is not appealing. Instead of plastic and cardboard cups, glasses could simply be provided. The bubble functions did not work properly. Sauna was set a little too hot. Regular checks should be carried out. Nevertheless, the spa is a relaxing experience!

Situated on a hill in medieval surroundings, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the beautiful countryside. The village is cosy and secluded right next to the small castle and only a few minutes' drive to the gates of historic castle town of San Marino. The location is ideal as a starting point to explore the area. The hotel is very inviting, Italian old building charm, renovated. Secure parking spaces are available outside behind the hotel. Nice clean rooms, small but adequate. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The small spa (separately to order) is a grotto with stone walls and wood, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. The in-house restaurant Al Mastin Vecchio is in a beautifully decorated authentic wine cellar, good cuisine with competent service. Great ambience for a romantic dinner.

We booked a room with a balcony and a wonderful mountain view. The room had enough space and was really cozy. We had an hour access to the spa which was very relaxing. The breakfast was great and we had a variety of options.

This propriety is situated in a magical little town where the time looks stopped making you experience the old beauty of this little town, kids still playing in the plaza, you can enjoy the good traditional food from the various restaurants around the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and meet very friendly local people. From the hotel you can reach San Marino in less than 15 minutes driving, the beautiful town of Rimini where you can enjoy the beaches or with kids you can spend a fun day in Italia in Miniatura or the water park or the amusement park Mirabilandia, the aquarium, etc… the hotel s stuff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and there is a very nice relaxing and romantic SPA. Me and my family can’t wait to go back!

The room depicted in the advertising was a little deceiving! I felt like I was being shown a Corvette and received a Chevette! The rooms were smaller then depicted in the advertisement! All in all it was very clean, and nice for a few days!

The food in the restaurant was fabulous, the waitress in the morning were not very cheerful! The waitress for dinner was excellent!

I really enjoyed the location. It's exactly in the center of Verucchio, and from most rooms there's a gorgeous view of the hills and valley. I also liked their spa area, which was really relaxing and left me feeling refreshed and energized.

The room service manager should do a better job of setting up a schedule for checking the room amenities, as two light bulbs were not working in our room, which they fixed immediately. Also, one hinge on the sliding door of the shower was damaged, which did not prevent the use of the door, but it did not look good visually for a 4* hotel. On the wall under the TV, one slot in the electrical double outlet did not work, so the table lamp had to be unplugged when we wanted to plug in the phone charger. Other outlets were then hidden behind the bedside tables near the floor, so the most convenient second electrical outlet was in the bathroom. These are just details that together like this can make a very bad impression, but the electrical sockets hidden behind the bedside tables are the fault of the bad work of the designer, and it is more of a tip from us to improve by moving them above the nightstands for the nearest minor building modifications, than criticism of the service. But the hinge of the shower door, or a non-functioning one slot of the electric socket can be solved with simple routine service maintenance, and it is these details that slightly spoil the impression of an otherwise perfect service. Despite these details, we like to give an excellent rating, because we know how difficult it is to do business in services and how difficult it is to capture all the details that can be improved and for which we can get a storm of criticism from a number of very critical clients who themselves have not created anything of value in their lives.

The location is absolutely exceptional, romantic and with several great views either of the mountains or of the sea, which is about 20 km away. Even the hotel itself is very romantic, with underground corridors, a private wellness area, an interestingly divided multi-level restaurant with a wine bar, where everyone can find their own corner of private comfort. Our attic room also included a small rooftop patio with views of the town's rooftops and mountain range. The attic has a reduced headroom, so it is not quite suitable for very tall guests ;). Every day the hotel service changed our clothes and made our beds, so from our point of view cleanliness was taken care of more than above standard. Although there were a few things that could have been better, we were fully satisfied and would happily recommend staying at this hotel :).

It was very warm in our room. We did have airco, but it never reached the temperatyr we wanted. So the room was too warm to sleep..

Breakfast was great, and we also boked the spa, which was amazing! In the evening wr ate at the restaurant of the hotel, the risotto was reallly good!!

This hotel is a kind of magic castle on a hill. It is really fantastic! The room was beautiful, big and clean. You should also visit the restaurant, which in a kind of cellar under the arches and provides great food and kind service.

The old town of Verucchio has very few options outside the hotel - only one other restaurant was open and there were no shops. If you don't have a car, it's very limiting.

The staff were incredibly helpful, organising transfers from and to another city for me and my bike, and arranging for me to have a post-cycle shower long after check-out. Breakfasts were very good and the restaurant dinners were also very good. Verucchio is beautiful and the cycling in the area is superb.
