We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe grounds were a bit shabby and in need of tidying up. The rooms were fine but in need of a good dust ... thick dust on lamps and fittings. Also would benefit from a bit of modernisation but equally was OK for the price. Being British, it would have been fabulous to have tea and coffee in the room!
Great location - Chieri is a beautiful town with an historic pedestrianised centre. The Hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre and railway station with ample on site parking. The hotel and rooms are fairly basic but adequate and good value for the price. The breakfast ample and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable.

United KingdomThe room could have been a little cleaner. There was significant dust on the cord for the hairdryer and the tiles in the shower could have done with a scrub. The fan with dried flowers on the desk was also very dusty but also unnecessary. They could rectify this easily with a little attention to detail but it did not ruin our stay
Excellent breakfast and lovely coffee. In a good location, staff super friendly and helpful, access code to get in after midnight so you know that the hotel is secure.

Breakfast was fresh and excellent. Along with usual, quite good offerings there were outstanding still-warm croissants…marmalade, chocolate, cream, and empty. I spend a great deal of time in France; these were truly exceptional! Davide, owner-manager, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Location was lovely. It was a short, pleasant walk to the center of Chieri and its pedestrian shopping street.
