To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe prices were quite steep for a hotel bar/restaurant - but passable. The location is very far away from central Milan, a good 45 min tram ride. The room cleaning was done at very random times throughout the day, and they failed to restock water, coffee or milk on every occasion.
Gym was really well equipped and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, and helpful. In particular, we enjoyed the view from the high room we were given, although the coffee and milk were never replenished daily.
