Communication with the host was a bit strained. Parking was advertised and one reason we reserved to begin with. We were then told that there wasn't a space available for us. Later told yes, a space had become available for a small car. By that time, the car rental company had forced us to take an SUV. We had a hard time finding the place (the video link they sent was adorable but no way you can follow while driving those streets.) We had to drive into the ZTL and were told it wasn't active, so we are holding our breath a ticket doesn't show up. We had some trouble finding the building and didn't end up parking there after we got lost - we parked in the "California" garage for 20 euros a day(valet) down the street. We did see the garage, and it was indeed tight. After that, the host was fine and we actually booked a second night. My husband thought the bed was fine, mattress was too firm for me. Location was good with restaurants and little markets around but a bit out of the craziness of the main tourist area.

Place was very large on two floors. Huge upper terrace (with lounge chairs and eating table) with a slot view of the water outside the kitchen with eat in table and large refrigerator/ freezer plus cooktop (no microwave) Washing machine (no dryer which seems typical) but drying rack provided. Would be a good place for an extended stay. Large shutters so room was dark for sleeping and street was quiet (in the ZTL zone so no traffic). Don't remember the apt number but it was above the office - I believe there are a number of different places for rent in the building. Place was a very good value for size, amenities and location.

Perhaps if staying longer and eating at the property a bit more, some cutlery was missing (I.e we only had one cereal bowl). Apart from this absolutely nothing!

Beautiful property, well looked after, kind staff and perfect location. Quiet too at night. Our room was huge, with a top floor kitchenette and access to a big balcony with a table, chairs and two lounge chairs. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and it was lovely.

Excellent location in the heart of Taormina. A large comfortable room with everything we needed. We had reserved a car park which is under the building. Francesco sent us a video which was very helpful to navigate the narrow streets.

The shower was small and not draining well. The cover for the bed was plain blanket, not inserted in a duvet sheet. Makes you wander when it was last wash. A light duvet would be the more hygienic option.

The location was the best part. The small car park underneath. The fact you are two minutes from the restaurants and coffees places. Francesco was very helpful with information about restaurants, attractions.

So this isn’t necessarily a bad thing but we did have to take the rubbish out and do all the washing up etc before we checked out or we would face a hefty fine. Didn’t bother us just something to note.

Lovely building, exterior lovely. Balcony and terrace were great, kitchen very well equipped and big bedroom also. Bed is quite firm, shower was powerful and hot. No complaints :)

Amazing location, you have everything you need, is at 5 minutes walk from the main street and super close from all the interest points of Taormina (Ancient Theatre, Corso Umberto, View Points) The apartment was super clean and the kitchen was equipped with almost all you need for a breakfast (there is no coffee machine, but across the street is a coffee shop)

We needed extra bed for our child, we paid extra 25€ for it and the bed was very small and not comfortable, even child couldnt sleep here. Our child came to sleep with us in our bed together.

The apartment is at the city center, close to all attractions by walk 😊 Easy check-in and check-out, super comfortable car parking place - garage 😊 Big and clean rooms 😊 Very silent place at night. Very beatiful garden with lemon trees 😊

I am actually from Australia but live in the United Kingdom. We were met by Francesco at the office at the agreed time. Our apartment was in an excellent location to see Taomina. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we required. Francesco was so hospitable and went out of his way to be of assistance to us. He is a fabulous manager. We hope to return and will recommend these apartments to our family and friends.

The stairs in the apartment we chose were a little tricky and I smacked my head on the wrought iron underneath them where you put your suitcase.

Brill location and the guy who showed us around was really friendly, explained everything through and gave us that feeling of a safe environment.

Was a little disappointed that it said there was parking ( it was one of my filters ) but it was only for small cars - it did say but only in the small print. We had to park in a multi story which provided a free shuttle into Taormina so okay in the end….
