Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Some of the day time food options and drinks were a little expensive, but guess you get what you pay for being such a nice hotel/resort.
Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting with lovely views. All of the staff were so friendly and provided excellent service - a very chilled 2 days at this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, everything from fresh pressed juices, granita, sweet Italian pastries, hot breakfast and more. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff were lovely.

IHairdryer couldn’t be removed from the bathroom so couldn’t dry hair elsewhere.
Loved the warm, friendly welcome right from the start. The staff were all excellent with a great attempt detail. Great rooms, nice little balcony, very peaceful. Superb breakfast. A very very pleasant hotel.

Nothing to not like.
The breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant. The staff both in the hotel and restaurant were also excellent. I have a mobility problem and the staff helped me with our luggage to and from our room.

Could have done with some specials on the menu. After 3 days it was difficult to chose other options on the menu. On checking in, we were asked if we would like to go to the hotels wine tasting, which we said yes to. It was only at the end of our conversation that we were informed that it was 30 euros each. It was originally made to sound that it was free.

Unattentive waiters in the restaurant - didn't bring bread & oil, only after asking. Didn't offer wine/drink card or desserts. Also, the service was quite slow. Food quality and taste could be better for the money.
Nice area, staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful and cosy room.

Wonderful staff and grounds. The sommelier Giacomo had a wonderful tour about the Baglio, olive oil, and wines. The dinner and breakfast were beyond expectation.

The only (very slight) downside was the in-room coffee. No five star hotel should be serving Nescafe sachets. If you're a coffee lover, take some coffee bags with you.
The hotel is situated at the top of a hill with a good view of the surrounding area to the coast and the islands beyond. The pool is a good size, has plenty of sun beds and is permanently manned with a life guard during opening hours. The decor of the hotel may be described as a little outdated by some but we just saw it as traditional Italian and liked it for that. The food was excellent with a wide range of breakfast choices, tasty salads and smaller meals at lunchtime and really tasty options for dinner. The wine experience was both informative and tasty, showing off the wines made in the hotel's winery. Above all the staff were excellent; every person we encountered had a smile and "buon giorno" and they all seemed most delighted to see us. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The service was slightly hit and miss. It wasn’t quite 5 star - we were only offered dessert 2 out of 4 nights and only offered eggs at breakfast on the last day.
The restaurant courtyard is beautiful and the food was amazing. There is enough on the menu to not need to eat elsewhere so you can really relax at the resort. The local wine is great and the wine tasting and sommelier were fab. Danielli was really helpful on reception. The place is really good value

I didn’t dislike the dinner in the restaurant but just felt it could have been a bit better for the price. It was more style over substance. The wine recommendation for dinner was excellent though.
A beautiful hotel with an excellent standard of service. All the staff were excellent. The views from the outside area are spectacular. Great choice at the breakfast buffet. The wine tasting, while not included in the price, was the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend.

It was the experience as much as the property that we talked about afterwards. You expect the quality of service & location from a 5 star hotel. ✅ in every box for the obvious but the wine tasting in the cellars is great fun and great wines and a nice way to meet people. Good was awesome including breakfast. Relaxing stay with great facilities. Felt like a king.

I made a mistake booking the room and accidentally booked twice and they so great about it and worked it all our for me. The staff were lovely and the stay amazing.
