Theres wasn't a single thing I didn't like.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. Gave good tips and advice of where to go. Food was lovely both breakfast and dinner. Room had the best view ever. Very relaxed feel which is down to the quality of the hotel. Would definately love to go back. Would highly recommend

The view from the room and the restaurant are unmatched. It is so beautiful to watch the sunsetting over Positano every night from the hotel. Staff were amazing and extremely informative, very helpful and very kind. Location is perfect, not even 5minutes to the main bus stop that takes you between all the towns on the almafi coast and some beautiful restaraunts in walking distance including the food at the restaraunt at Smeraldo. The breakfast is so so good and the staff at the restaraunt are the best too. Couldn't rate this any higher, stay here!!

This place was amazing. They went above and beyond for us the entire stay. So helpful with recommendations or any minor things we needed. The view was incredible as well as the large thoughtful breakfast. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and we will absolutely be back!

The staff was wonderful. They were very kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay special. Our room was wonderful. The view from our balcony was amazing. The terrace area for meals was beautiful. Every table provided a fabulous view of the stunning coast. Our meals were very good and the service was excellent. Raffaele helped us to arrange transportation to and from Naples to the hotel before we arrived.

We stayed here a night for our honeymoon and the staff were fantastic! Views were amazing and the tub on the balcony was perfect. Be aware - taxis from Amalfi is 80€ flat rate! To the owners - thank you for saving us!

Clean and very respectful staff. The location if you’re staying in Praiano is prime and a short drive to Positano and arguably the best view on the almalfi coast!

Location was excellent - near beach, bus, restaurants, shops - everything right there. Breakfast was very good. The family who run the facility are so nice and welcoming! They were so helpful in many ways, including when our taxi cancelled on us. They really made our stay so enjoyable!

Incredible view. This place is an absolute gem. The view from the room was amazing which a really nice and spacious balcony. Their aperol spritz is next level good. The restaurant has a spectacular view. The staff was super nice.

We loved the hotel. The views were breathtaking and the hotel was beautiful. Raffaele and his family were amazing. They were friendly and welcoming. Raffaele helped with day trips and reservations. He was truly incredible. Giorgio the maître d’ gave us excellent service with a warm smile and lovely stories. They took care of us like we were family. The rooms were spotless. Highly recommend Hotel Smeraldo. What a memorable trip!!
