Breakfast was ok and the location was spot on if you want to continue your travels right away from checking out.

The location was excellent because we wanted to continue our travel by bus to Lake Garda. The images online looked fabulous and I thought that the price matched the look of the hotel. However, I was disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. It looked a bit tacky and cheap. All the surface finishes were cheap plastic and the hotel lobby felt like it was a hospital lobby. The room had a dirty carpet, and it seemed that the shower water had spread on it several times. the air was thick and too warm but the airconditioner wasn't in use in May. We had to sleep with windows open. Anyhow the hotel seemed safe and the breakfast was quite good. I still wouldn't pay that much for a night only for the location.

Bed was not that confortable. Rooms are on the ground floor, in front there is parking and some offices. When you open the courtains you don't have any privacy.

The facilities did not work properly. Air conditioning was not working in our room and also bathroom door was not closing. Also even though I paid beforehand they tried to charge me second time. While I was explaining that I have already paid and had a printed confirmation from Booking, they at first were trying to refuse that it was a proof of an actual payment. Very annoying.

The hotel is located very closely to the train station and is very good choice for a short stay. I stayed for one night and it was very convenient for me to have train station next to me. The lady in the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was very basic even by Continental standards, just pastries and fruit. The breakfast room was cramped and not very comfortable. There was a little bit of what looked like mold on the shelf in the shower.

Excellent location right beside train station, though a little hard to find and could have been better sign-posted. The young woman on Reception (think she was German?) was pleasant and efficient, and when I had a problem with my TV remote she helped me promptly. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was firm, which I like. Also an extra pillow (usually a requirement for me) was supplied, I didn't have to call down for it. Overall I was pleased with my experience.

There are no views because it is at the train station but the bus stop is so close you just get on it and go into town to see all the cool stuff. The bed was a little hard but it didn't stop a good night sleep and I woke up feeling good

Located at the train station yet you couldn't hear the trains. A super spot to stay if you are in Verona. A quick walk to the bus and then you are into town and all the sites. Very good breakfast and nice staff. Would use it again if I was in Verona. So good to walk off the platform and there it is, when you are dragging luggage. The bathroom was nice too
