The property was great, such a good location in the middle of Florence. The breakfast was amazing, and Rachel who worked there along with another colleague baked the cakes, cheese and bread daily and they were so accomodating. Nigel was also such a big help and we felt very welcomed and taken care of.

Hard to find a negative here. Breakfast could use some fresh options but was certainly adequate. Also, the cook was very helpful with suggestions. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was nice, clean and quite large. The bathroom was clean, modern and spacious as well. Overall a wonderful experience.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The view from our room on St. Lorenzo Basilica was unreal. The room was big, spatious and clean. The staff are polite, eager to help and make you feel like a family member. Breakfast was perfect with many options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Location was perfect, 5 min walk from the centar, Cathedral and Vecchio Palace. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again!

We had a suite with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. Updated accommodations in a great location only about a 10 minute walk from Florence SMN train station and the San Lorenzo market. Great breakfast choices and friendly service staff.

Centre of town and the valet parking was super easy. The drive in is a little difficult though, roads full of people! But it’s centre of town and within reach of everything. Very quiet inside the hotel and we got a GREAT nights sleep.

The service from the moment we arrived was excellent. There was a comfortable well-equipped waiting area/lounge available before rooms are ready. It was equipped with stools, a desk counter, plugs, internet access, couches and even a dish of candy was a thoughtful touch for tired travelers! Every hotel should copy this first rate welcoming experience . Parking was so easy with ourcar picked up at the hotel door and returned at any time requested. Both day and night concierges were incredibly helpful with recommendations , directions, language etc. we had two early morning tours before the 7:00am. breakfast was open , so offered and arranged packed breakfast.

Right in the middle of downtown there is this very nice hotel, not too big, within easy reach and close to many historical places, buildings (churches, museums). The breakfast is excellent and the staff more than friendly and very helpful.

I do wish the AC had cooled the room a little quicker, but no complaints once it started cooling the room.

The staff was very courteous! I found this property and thought let me try a new chain. I was not disappointed! The accommodation was great, location was convenient and the staff was very helpful! We were able to keep our luggage with them and explore the town right before and after our stay. I felt very comfortable and was treated so well! Definitely recommend!

Not the hotels fault but the have a lot of students on vacation and they were quite noisy. We had a problem with a floor drain in our room and it was in a timely manner. Great! Location. I would stay there again.

I found the organisation a bit chaotic but it can be ignored. And our room didn’t have city view even though we booked that way.

I was in the city for the congress, besides being very close to the congress centre, everywhere is within walking distance. Breakfast, cleanliness was quite good.
