Hot water took very long to come.

Raffaella was absolutely the best and helped us with last minute travel cancelations. She also gave great advice on places to eat which we can attest we're really good and worth it. The location is absolutely perfect and central to everything in Sorrento.

Raffaella could not do enough for us! So friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations!! The location is ideal, not too noisy but very close to everything! 10 min walk from the train! We loved our stay here!!

Loved everything! We absolutely loved our stay! Faultless. Spacious comfortable well lit rooms with all the amenities. Right in the heart of sorrento. Walking distance from all the shops, best restaurants, sights. We felt at home, whilst exploring this gorgeous town.

The location was excellent and Rafella was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help when we needed anything. She assisted in finding us a ride to Amalfi when the ferries were not running. The superior room was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

Property location was great and inside was like brand new. Very comfortable and our room had a spacious balcony with furniture for sitting and relaxing. Our host, Rafaela, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She even brought our bags up to our room on the third floor!

Great location, great apartment, with modern interior. Great size. Our apartment has a small kitchenette with a kettle and stove top and bar fridge. The bathroom was large for italian hotels and had also been recently renovated. There was a wonderful restaurant in the same street/laneway. great location in Sorrento. Short walk to the main Piazzas and easy walk to both marinas. A laundry that we took our washing to and picked up the next day was just further up the street. Wondeful helpful receptionist.

The location is perfect in the beating heart of Sorrento. Perfect for anyone looking to explore the town, or set up base for day trips to Amalfi, Positano or Capri. Raffaella is very organised and extremely helpful with hints and tips to get you where you need to be throughout your stay including arranging a transfer from Naples airport. I highly recommend staying here and will book again next trip.

Aircon locked at 25 degrees which got very hot and made it hard to sleep comfortably.

The AC is controlled by the hotel and would be turned off overnight. It was never cold enough for me. I run hot and the weather was hot so I love walking into a cold room after being out for a while. I should have asked if they had a fan. Overnight was not so bad because it would cool down so we would open the windows in the room and bath to get the cool air. Other than that everything else was great.

Raffaella was so helpful. She advised us on what transportation to take for our activities, made some reservations for us and suggested things to do. She also told us about the elevator to the beach area which we did not know about. The hotel is right in the middle of the town surrounded by restaurants and shops. The train station and ferry landing are within a 10-15 min walk. Our room was a good size with two beds, a daybed and a table and chairs. We also had a mini fridge, microwave and stove. There was also a small juliet balcony overlooking a lively street. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. There was some music and noise from the street below but that was not an issue for us.

Rafaella was very kind and welcoming. The location was exactly where you need to be, you walk out the door and straight into the centre of everything. 10 minutes walk to Marina and beach clubs. There was some amazing restaurants in our street too. The sheets & towels were changed daily and the room in general was very comfortable. Everything spotless clean and well maintained. Cooking facilities were perfect.
