Nothing not to like. Everything is perfect.

We have stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels and B&B‘s all over the world. This may be the very best of all of them. We have never experienced a staff so helpful and kind. Upon our arrival, they noticed that we had a flat tire on our rental car. They called Avis for us and arranged everything in order to get the tire fixed. It would have been so much harder if we had needed to do it on our own. The place is the greatest. The art and decorations everywhere are so tasteful and inviting and pleasant and attractive. Real art by real artists. Safe parking inside the courtyard. There is an espresso machine in the room. They make a lovely omelette for you for breakfast. But the high point is the hospitality and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If I could give 50 stars I would.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations - very friendly staff who were ready to help at any time, a perfectly clean beautiful room, a beautiful harmonious design of the hotel, a delicious hearty breakfast, an excellent location. Recommend for relaxation.

Only small but no shelf in shower for gels or soaps was little tricky to shower.

The room we had was beautiful La Serra had tub in the bedroom. Plenty of storage walk in wardrobe. Semi separate area with tea/coffee fridge with payable drinks. Bathroom lovely. Breakfast served in lovely conservatory type room. Fresh pastries or hot breakfast served. Would definitely book again.

Not that it mattered much to us, because we didn't spend much time in the room during the day, but the TV screen was rather small, so maybe they could put a slightly bigger one.

Breakfast was great, always freshly prepared and tasty, and the host always brought more food than we could eat :) We arrived late in the night, but we got self check-in instructions that were detailed and clear. The place was clean and well equipped.

The breakfast was lovely but when you sit down you are asked to pick between sweet and savory without really knowing what you are letting yourself in for. I would prefer to read a menu and then make a choice.

It was a very nice place to stay with a large room. The décor was a bit strange but there was a reason for the orange colour and the competition jerseys in the room. Very comfortable bed. Modern bathroom.
