Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was a bit firm for me, but it's not a big deal.
The Hotel is in a fantastic location (1.4 km from the airport / 80-100m from the beach), with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not buffet-style as usual, everything needs to be ordered separately. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included in the basic price. You won't find a better place in terms of value for money.

The location is far from the center, but we specifically looked for that place because it was near the Rimini beach arena, where we went for a concert.
The workers of the hotel were very nice and the bedroom was clean and had everything we needed.

Very close to the train station and also to the beach. Just cross the street, and you are on the beach. Facilities all around you. Restaurants all over. Good breakfast and the staff was very very kind ! Thank you!

☆ The beach is about 2 mins far, its perfect! ☆The hotel is in a great location: not in the center of Rimini but the area is lively and quiet at the same time, great spot for all ages ☆ The staff was always very helpful and kind ☆ Situated close to the airport (don't worry you will not hear the noises from the airport), the taxi is 20 EUR (2022) for one way ☆The rooms are small but very clean ☆The breakfast was tasty and fresh

Very noisy guests, loud music from the street almost daily. Not suitable for people looking for quiet holiday. No parking.
Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast with huge selection. Rooms cleaned daily. Close to the beach.

At night it was quite noisy in the street; obviously some party people around. ;-)
Nice location near the beach. Our room was rather small but clean and well-priced. For breakfast we were offered a good variety of drinks and food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was served by the stuff, not everybody might like that, but it was very tasty breakfast.
Everything was very good, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the beach.

Room size just about 12m2 instead of promised 16m2, very small bathroom.
Nice location near the beach, paid and free of charge sections. A lot of restaurants around. Reasonable breakfast, very friendly stuff. Wi-fi was working smoothly.

The room was very small with a smell of cigarettes. There are no fridge, no electric cettle, even no table. The breakfast is served, you can not put as much food as You want, just as much as the waiter thinks You want :) In comparison with other 3 stars hotels in Rimini doesnt worth
The locations is nice, good for a short stay, near airport.

it‘s very close to the beach, the people who works there were very friendly and courteous, Our flight came very early, we were allowed to check in earlier and we were allowed to leave our things in the hotel longer after check out my daughter and i felt very comfortable, i would definitely recommend the hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Hotel was very clean i mean very very clean. Service was excelent. Hotel was located about 2 minutes away from beach and bust stop. hotel is also near to the airport (walking distance). Thank you very much for great time.

They were annoying us on the hotel beach. At least three times the staff asked us to leave the beach if we don't hire the bed or umbrella. Little bit pushy. The morning buffet includes nearly only sweets. No parking.
