The sheets were dirty, as were the curtains on the window. Also the shower was falling apart. The staff came in the room every day, and made the bed, threw out the trash and brought as toilet paper. But they didn't change the towels for us, and we had some used every day.

The room was nice, the bed comfy and warm. As was the water warm. The staff was kind and welcoming. The location is nice because it's in Prati which is a family neighborhood.

Air conditioner unit was leaking water on the floor, also the AC didn't work properly, it was hot in the room.

Sort of a difficult check-in situation having to call and text the landlord guy and wait and be confused. Also didn't like sending passport photos over Whatsapp..

Close to M train station! Cheap compared to other options in the area. Shower pressure was pretty good! Close to other shopping and some restaurants.

The air conditioning only worked for a few hours one night. Since we were there during the heat wave, it made for a very hot night's sleep.

Shower stall could be more clean. There was a lot of mildew inside so definitely have some slippers with you. I advise to take your own hairdryer as dryer in the apartment heats up really quickly when using on max setting, so you can only use it on the lowest which takes long time.

Apartments in the city center, just a moment walk from Vatican. Still, it's quite calm in the evenings and night so there are not many distruptions when sleeping. Reception available 24h, quick response in case of need.

there were no instructions for check in, we stood outside waiting in the heat until someone came out of the building. we had no idea where the rooms were, and had to call multiple times to get ahold of someone.

The only thing I didnt like was the organisation. I informed the staff that we arriving such time and when we arrived at the property , no one was there and I rang and spoke to the staff who always the one who answer did not dend the other staff ( aware that it is not a 24 hrs reception) . We waited outside the property till some one who opened up for us then waited for 45 mins and sat on the stairs as no information which side to go and floor to go. The property is hard to find otherwise it was good.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not the best. Perhaps it is due to the humidity that we could see some mould around silicone and grout. Also, we didn't use the fridge as it also had mould in it, and it didn't seem to be working. It was noisy during the day, but noise did stop at night time, and then it was quiet.

The bed was comfortable and clean. TV was a size for the room. Location is brilliant, close to Vatcian city, and close to many good places for breakfast, food, and drinks. Daily room service is also a good touch. Prompt response from staff if required.

No coffee in room, though there was a cafe down the block. The room was nice and spacious. It was beginning to show some wear and could use a refresh. Extra pillows (with covers), no coffee (even instant would have been good) and the bathroom could use an update in the near future. I do not want to be too negative... I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it.

The shower wasn't particularly powerful/the main shower did not work properly, so you had to hold the hand held one. Not a big deal though!

The room had not been cleaned recently (there were dust bunnies) and certain places were not cleaned at all. The sink and toilet had limestone rust which made it look like they weren't cleaned. They should use different cleaning products specifically for this issue as it is a real shame to have that first impression. The bed looks really nice, but was not very comfortable. The mattress is a bit on the hard side and the blanket was sandwiched between two sheets instead of a traditional blanket case (like a pillow case for blankets ;)) and they constantly peel off during the night. I notified them when we would arrive days before and confirmed an hour before, but there was still no one there to greet us at the arranged time. The rooms are in an apartment and the reception area is in a small hallway right next to the rooms and the entrance. So if there are reception activities you can hear everything and you get the sense of no privacy.

The room is beautiful, large and it looks newly renovated and you get the Italian feel to it. (Just like the pictures) Good value for money for the area. It is very close to a subway station and multiple bus stations and 5 min walk from the Vatican. There was hot water and free Wi-fi and the bedsheets and towels were clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Even though they don't have someone at reception all the time, you can contact someone by phone and they can get you to the room remotely.

I didn't like that it was a hassle to get in to no reception to deal with Start with not easy but apart from that the place is nice clean and shower not that great to small I'm 100kg 5.8 tall and I struggled to have a good shower

The staff was very disorganized and quite rude. The check-in experience was among the worst i've ever experienced, if not the worst. Reception was supposed to be open from 14:00 and i had gotten in touch with the accommodation in the previous days to confirm that i would arrive at 14:00. When i arrived the door was closed and nobody was there, leaving me and other tourists waiting with no info- I emailed and called the property, no answer. By the way, the two phone numbers provided on the website and on the door of the accommodation were BOTH fake. I say fake because they both result as inactive when i called them, while when i called Booking customer service for help they said the accommodation had given them a different phone number (the only one that worked). After waiting around 45 minutes, one of the people operating the accommodation called, saying "sorry i am in traffic, i dont know when i'll arrive". I told him i was in a rush because i had an appointment and he explained me where to find the keys to enter without doing a proper check-in, and asked to send pictures of our passports and to pay ASAP. Eventually we entered the room but the whole process took over 1 hour in total. I still gave a 7 because the property itself is very nice but the treatment was rude and the check-in was very disorganized. I wouldn't recommend this, especially if you don't speak italian (which fortunately i do, im from rome)

location is great, i used to live in Prati and the property is located strategically in this beautiful neighborhood; room was very comfortable, clean and fresh; the whole stay was overall pleasant!
