Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandGenerally I enjoyed my stay very much, I'm leaving the comments here more for info & improvement options. My room could use some repainting. The shower door was not completely closing, so after each shower the floor was a bit wet. Very thin walls and you could hear absolutely everything what others are doing or saying. I stayed in a single room and it had a small, not the most comfortable bed. The only disadvantage of main square location was that if you needed to go to bed earlier, you weren't able to sleep as music and noise from the city events outside was far too loud (until at least 11PM). It wasn't too bad for me, but if someone doesn't stay up long, it may be disturbing.
Good location - you just cross one little street and you're at the beach. Close to a bus stop and train station, easy to get to with public transportation. It's placed on a main square, where lots of events are happening during the summer. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants close by. Big grocery store just around the corner. My room had a small balcony where you could hang wet towel or swimwear to dry. From the balcony I could even see a bit of the beach. Breakfast is included and offers a VERY broad choice of food - from eggs & bacon, to lots of pies, croissants, etc. I stayed there for a week and it was always the same. So I wished it was more diverse and offered a bit more veggies or various savoury things. Sweets were the majority on the table. Nevertheless, I was very happy with it and each day found lots of things I liked. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Good & stable WiFi. I got a great price deal for my stay.

GermanyUnfortunately, the central location of the hotel also means that it is quite noisy at night. My first night, there was even a concert on the square in front of my room, which luckily ended before midnight, so I could get some sleep. The spring bed was very uncomfortable - there was a spring right underneath my upper back that made my muscles tense up. The shower head did not hold properly in any of the two clamps, so I had to hold it in my hand (which is inconvenient to wash my hair). Also, the breakfast that is automatically booked with the stay was disappointing - some white bread, lots of very sugary cakes, canned fruit, dripping wet bacon and the hot water for tea was yellow. The omelett was alright (had better, but was quite tasty).
The staff was very friendly. The room was tidy and reasonably spacious considering the very cheap price. The hotel is located close to the center of Viserba, so you can reach the beach within minutes or conveniently take a bus to go to Rimini city center or to San Marino.

BelarusDespite the booking page mentioning 'payment on the spot and without prepayment', be aware that your card was charged for the first night a few days before you arrival without any prior notification. This was unexpected and not in line with the booking conditions mentioned. Furthermore, the interaction with the reception staff left much to be desired. I found them to be quite dismissive and not particularly courteous. One of the main concerns during my stay was the acoustics within the apartment. The walls seem to be thin, as I could hear almost every sound from the neighboring rooms. It felt like there was little to no privacy in terms of noise. Additionally, the shower was unexpectedly low, making it a bit uncomfortable, especially if you're on the taller side. Potential guests might want to consider these points before booking. While every experience varies, it's always good to be informed.
This hotel is located in the picturesque square of Rimini Veserba. One of the standout features of this location is the vibrant atmosphere, with various concerts and fairs taking place that adds a unique touch to the experience. The proximity to the beach is a major plus, making it an ideal choice for beach lovers. For those considering beach amenities, as of August 2023, a sunbed with an umbrella was priced at 10€, and just a sunbed alone was 5€. Inside, the room was adequately clean and had a welcoming feel. The towels were changed every 3 days, ensuring fresh linens throughout the stay. The inclusion of a balcony with chairs was a delightful touch, offering a space to relax and take in the view. Breakfast was a highlight, especially if you have a sweet tooth, with a great assortment of sweets to choose from. The air conditioner in the room ensured a comfortable temperature during our stay.

GreeceIt is very difficult to find a parking spot, if you go by car
Very close to the sea, and the prices on the beach bars close to the hotel are lower than in the center/hyped part of Rimini.

ItalyWonderful location on a square with restaurants, bars, supermarket, and a church. It is two minutes walk to the sea, balcony with a sea view. The place is clean, the staff is nice and helpful. On the night in my stay, there was an open dance performance and concert on the square, which I watched from the balcone as from a private loggia. Some people from the audience joined - interesting to see the community.. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with fresh fruit and veggies, all sorts of baked pastries, and warm dishes next to cold cuts. I easily found a free parking space about 300 meters from the hotel, which made it easy to bring things. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

United KingdomCustomer service needs improvement. Small lamp for reading would be good to have. Room was smelly first few days, had to sleep with windows open and temp outside was 2°C Breakfast quality depends on how many guests are staying overnight. Some days was good, some nothing to choose from. Just basic bread, cheese and ham to make a sandwich.
Location is really nice. Internet was working. Place was cleaned.
