As for a hotel with Hilton's branding, it is very basic – no vanity set, slippers, laundry bag, not to mention sewing kits that appear to be a high-end accessory these days. Also, no bathrobes despite them being in the booking.com room description. It was also somewhat disappointing that the cups provided on the tea tray were paper cups – why? Why not a simple ceramic set? Also, although it was clean overall, there were hairs on the bidet and on a towel that were definitely not my or my husband's.

The hotel is in a convenient location with quick transportation links to the airport, the train station and just across the street from an affordable bus to Venice. The staff was nice and helpful, even in the middle of the night.

The bus 4L that goes to Venezia is mostly overcrowded. The carpet in the hall was never vacuum cleaned during my stay (3 days). It seems that the floor in the room was not cleaned during the stay neither. But generally hotel is well kept and clean. The selection at the breakfast is somewhat boring. I liked the hotel nevertheless.

The female receptionist (sorry for not remembering her name) really gave the feeling of a 4 stars hotel. She was exceptionally kind and gave practical and individually adjusted ideas for the stay in Venezia. Hotel is modern and renewed what gives a good fresh feeling. Bed was comfortable, room is well equipped.

Everything was very nice, spacious and clean room, good maintenance, friendly staff... I suggest only to include a small smoking area, or a few tables outside where you can have an espresso and smoke a cigar in the afternoon/evening.

Quite overworked and thus a bit rude waiter in lobby bar but we did not mind since it was New Years. Also be careful and check the bill in a restaurant before you pay ;)

Friendly reception staff, very helpful. Tasty and stylish restaurant, perfect breakfast and dinner. Good location, bus stop in front of hotel, train 10 minutes by walk. Overall very nice, clean and pleasant hotel.

The room was quite noisy with noise coming from inside the building (from ventilator most likely) which was waking us up frequently in the night. I hope the hotel can address it which would make it rather nice (in the absence of this problem).

It is a nice hotel and located not far from train station. Nice and friendly staff and rather cosy.

You can hear really well the outside noises in the hotel rooms. It feels like the window is open at all times.

It was all brand new and nice, really comfortable. Really close to a super market, actually two of them and like 10min walk from the train station.

1. Almost no soundproof - we hear everything from the room upstairs and all doors closing of nearby rooms early in the morning 2. No gown and slippers that are OK for 4 stars 3. No conditioning in the bathroom, so it creates additional warm and humidity in the room 4. Bad window - you here everything in the street. So take upper floors

1. Good location - 2 minutes to bus stop for 4L bus that goes to Venice 2. Underground parking nearby (not from the hotel). Cost is 15€ per 24h. Hotel also has several parking places but just outdoor and the price is the same 3. Clean renovated rooms 4. Good breakfast

Well not a real problem but tv hanging in the first part of the room and 2 chairs to sit and watch? Strange. Luckily we did not even have time to turn it on.

The hotel is located within a walking distance to the railway station and the bus 4l for Venice is at the doorstep. That's the best option. Breakfast is ok as for Italian style ;) The room was clean and quite big. And the staff very nice and helpful. Yet, a strange feeling it's not exactly what I expected from a 4 star hotel with a well known brand name. And a great fitness room!

The finishings were incomplete, the renovations seemed to have been done recently but paint marks everywhere, carpets not clean, the paint works on the edges were sub standard. The lifts were old and small.

Hotel was clean and facilities were nice - not the best but good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was THE coldest hotel i ever stayed at. Ive spoken with the receptionist that its too cold in the room and not able to change temperature in the room and they said they turned it off last week so i cant change it. It was 10° outside, rain and wind, and they turned off the heating option in the hotel. Even receptionist was wearing a puffer jacket. There was a constant clicking noise in the room as well as i could hear every little noise from the outside. Normally it doesnt bother me much, but i was on the 7th floor and i could hear absolutely every noise. There was some kind of alarm going off in i presume one of the rooms, that i could hear in my room. And the last thing is that all the information about restaurant whether online or in the hotel was saying its open till 9:30pm and when i asked reception if i need reservation they didnt mention they will be closing earlier that day. I came down around 8pm to find out the restaurant was closed. Just a bit disappointed unfortunately.

It was clean and modern, and staff was polite. Check in and out was fast.

Stay away from rooms that have a door to a neighbor room inside. It provides zero soundproofing and you will hear everything that happens behind the wall - TV, phone calls, toilet sounds, etc. If you travel by car, be aware that hotel provides a parking spot in front of the hotel under the carport next to the city road. I would suggest to find another hotel if you care about security of your car.

Bar was closed upon arrival at 17.30. Nothing in the room to drink. Restaurant should open at 18.30 but only opened 25 minutes later. Service in restaurant was really very bad and unfriendly

Excellent room only improvement would be changing the toiletries (the shower jel smelt abit funny). Staff were very helpful - explained how to use the buses to get to Venice (the stop was right outside) and on the day the bus company was striking they arranged a taxi for us / informed us of the limited time the service would be running in the evening. Only thing that could of been improved / been more useful on was how to use the TV it had a screening function that we could not use / staff couldn’t help with.

It was opened 8 days ago when we were there, and the hotel is already falling apart, the ceiling in our room is dropping, the hanger in the shower was broken, the floor and walls are dirty, and the towels giveaway fibres that stick to your skin and cloth and give me an allergy. the 36-euro breakfast was unpleasant too, the scrambled egg was dry and hard. the hotel is located in more like a bustee area me and my friend feel unsafe. not to mention the staff lyed to me on multiple matters. so far the wrost hotel experience ever had. absolutely disappointed to hilton.
