Fabulous B&B in Trastevere offering a warm welcome and spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Very easy access to public transport and into the centre of the city.

Everything was wonderful - the room was super comfortable, great options for breakfast, and absolutely loved the neighborhood. We were given great recommendations for dinner and gelato, and the location was close enough to major landmarks to be convenient, but far enough away that it didn't feel overly touristy.

The hosts are both professional and friendly. The location is in a very good part of Trastevere but reasonably quiet.

If bottles of water were given daily. A kettle for tea would be fantastic as I enjoy a cup of tea before bedtime.

Breakfast was wondering and the location is great for walking around. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great xmas ambiance throughout the neighborhood.

Very clean, quiet, nice neighborhood, and right off of Tram 8 which made public transportation very easy. Great hosts who live upstairs and can be available if needed.

Could not have been better in any way!

Absolutely amazing! Monica, the host, was kind, thoughtful, and helpful in every way. Room was beyond clean and so incredibly cute, with so much attention to detail! Breakfast was on a beautiful roof patio, with generous choices to eat. Location-perfect distance to all sites, but also to just chill and relax. I will stay here again and again when I am in Rome!

The apartment was in a classic house, easy to find, safe. Monica was wonderful, gave a lot of tips on where to eat, where to walk, it was delightful. The breakfast of the terrace was wonderful, cozy and delicious.

Very clean. Business is run by good people. Location is superb, you can walk everywhere and it's next to bus stop. Bed was more comfortable than my own dormitory room.

The air con in our room wasn't brilliant, but the one in our kids' room blasted icy air. To be fair, we visited Rome during the hottest temperatures ever recorded in the city( 42 deg C), so while air con was a necessity for us, in any other week it would probably have been fine. The bathroom in our room was little. I didn't mind at all, but I think larger guests might struggle. If you are a larger person ask for a room with the bigger bathroom.

Monica our host was gracious and forgiving when we arrived close to midnight (check-in actually closes at 8pm) and when we asked if we could check out late. She gave us a map and tips on where we were situated and a route to walk, the best gelato and restaurants, and organised taxis when we needed to get to and from the airport. The capuccinos at breakfast were the bomb. It's a personal B&B, which means that if you have specific requirements like needing oat milk or wholewheat bread, Monica will do her best to assist. I loved that our accommodation was in Trastavere. It's a 20 minute walk or a taxi ride to the main attractions - Via del Costa for shopping, the Spanish steps, the Colosseum etc - but the best restaurants and gelato are a 5-10 minute walk, which makes wandering around enjoying the night life a pleasure.

The AC needed some maintenance.

They have a very personal approach to welcoming guests. When I arrived I met Monica's son who showed me my room and the breakfast terrace, he gave me information and recommendations for restaurants, sites, etc. The property is in a traditional Roman apartment building on a quieter side of Trastevere, but it is within walking distance or a very short bus ride away from the more active side. The room was clean, with a bathroom that included toiletries, a nice shower and plenty of towels. The wifi worked very well. The best part is the breakfast upstairs in the beautiful terrace, it included warm toast, butter and jams, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea and assorted pastries.

What a beautiful BnB. Clean, lovely decor, comfortable and in a fabulous position. Our hosts were so accommodating first when the train was delayed and then cancelled. They still made sure they were home to greet us. We got great local recommendations for site seeing and restaurants. And then a taxi organised for the airport. A great way to see Rome.
