The noise in the morning is so much. Somehow so many people are coming going and door opening-closing sounds are all in the room.

People were very friendly. Coffee and cakes were there every morning that was so nice. Everything worked very well. The room was cozy.

The hot water pressure in the shower was very low. One of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on (and I once spent a year on a broken futon).

Very convenient location near multiple bus stops and across the street from a pharmacy. Staff were easy to contact and responsive: they cleaned every day, and fixed a plumbing problem in hours. Plenty of space to hang clothes and jackets, lots of power outlets. Cozy balcony. Lots of espresso and packaged snacks available in the kitchen.

The breakfast should be improved. You provide cornflakes without milk how can you eat The beds needs to be tightened up they are loose and makes noise when turning yourself

They have a very nice setup for breakfast. NOTE: breakfast is not included, which might surprise you since they provide so much. It is a common area for the five rooms and is a well done.

The bed was very hard to sleep on. The night time noise outside was bad at times...but its a residential area. It is too far from Central Rome area...I would've like to have been able to walk to it, but it is a long distance.

Simona, the host, was so nice and helpful. It was very neat and clean. The Bombiani restaurant, fresh deli shop and coffee shop across the street were AWESOME!

Andrea was not receiving any messages when I checked in and when I called her via Whatsapp and regular phone line, there was no response until the next day at 15:10! I had taken photos of the door which did not lock from the outside thus making me unable to leave my room as my belongings were not secure. Despite letting Andrea know right away that evening, that I would be unable to use the room, that I had not used the bed or other amenities and was having to go immediately to another accommodation, she claims that she cannot refund any of the money as she has "expenses". I, as the guest had to pay 448 euros for these 4 nights AND pay 700 euros to stay last minute in the conference venue hotel 2 blocks away last minute. Despite having sent the photos of the part of the door that was not working (which it´s evident from the photos that there have been past irregularities and repairs to this door locking mechanism) Andrea has claimed that she later sent her father-in-law to check the door and that there was no problem. However, she didn´t ever respond to me. She didn´t contact me to let me know anyone had come or that the door lock was working. She also mentioned that other guests had then stayed in that room, which means, she was able to book other guests in the accommodation I had already paid for? I was travelling for work and I have lived many years as an expat employee so I am not fussy about accommodations. I was mostly disappointed that Andrea was willing to not refund any or all of the money to a guest who did not end up using the facilities. She also didn´t see the problem with not contacting me or offering another solution. Andrea did kindly offer me a 30% discount on other properties managed by Tre R but what I explained is that I would not be able to use their facilities at a later date due to how this refund request was not being handled in a reasonable way.

The details given by the accommodation, especially Andrea ahead of my arrival via Whatsapp were excellent. Clear details and I especially found the video explanation of how to check in very helpful and clear. Andrea was very attentive and helpful until the evening I arrived when she didn´t seem to receive any of my messages. Due to a problem with my room door, I could not stay at the accommodation, so what was unfortunate is that despite Andrea and I having polite exchanges on whatsapp and discussing the clear reason for a refund as I was not able to stay in the room at all, she has made it clear that she is not willing to give any refund on a 4-night reservation. Andrea and I were polite in exchanging communication but the reasons she offered for not giving a refund do not make sense from the guest perspective. The room inside was clean.

It’s a self check in, and there’s really no one to help if you need to ask about bus routes, travel passes etc. The location is not the best for a first time solo traveler. Be careful when ordering an Uber because they almost always got lost or dropped me a block away… I wish I took pictures of the outside of the building, it’s not fair that they don’t have pictures of the building so you’re a bit shocked at the appearance when you first arrive. The room has no proper curtains just lace so there’s a lot of light coming in during the night from street lights and you can’t sleep in as the sunrise. Noise!!!! The walls are paper thin you can hear everything from the lobby to the kitchen, as next door neighbours speak on the phone.

The hosts were very nice and helpfull and the comunication was very easy as they were so responsive to any messages. The room was great and the location is also good, not too far from the main attractions and very well connected with public transport.

I liked the real full service they provided. Generous understanding customer oriented. There any time ylu needed support like a 5 star concierge. Very well done. I will go there again.
