Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The surrounding land wasn’t particularly eye catching.
Excellent reception with great kindness shown. Superb dining facilities, a comprehensive menu and lovely wines available. the rooms are generously proportioned and well furnished.

The hotel was next to the AC, which was really convenient for us. The beds where really comfortable, the hotel room had all the necessities. The bathroom maybe was little a bit “out of date” but everything was really clean and without any signs of age. I recommend if you want to stay one night while you are heading somewhere. The breakfast was great, salty and sweet. We even had dinner “ a la carte” which was also good ( we paid 42 eur for 2 meals, water and glass of wine).

Although a kettle was provided there was nowhere apart from right beside the bed to plug it in
Great for a one night stay. The room was very clean with plenty of room Breakfast had a good selection to choose from

Lovely big room, excellent bed, Tesla superchargers in the carpark!!!! Decent restaurant and excellent breakfast (very good value!0. will definitely seek out this chain next time.

The hallway needs reconstruction.
The breakfast was quite ok. Except for the lack of fresh vegetables /salad. the room was very clean with great mattress and pillows .bathroom was also exceptionally clean.

The entrance to the parking lot needs to be better marked, as when we come along the road it is difficult to find as we do not see visible signs at the entrance.
Great room, everything very clean, hotel and very well maintained. The box space is a great size for European standards. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have time to enjoy it. Spacious parking. I liked it and would stay again.

The rooms look a bit dated and in need of renovation.
Peaceful location, lots of parking outside, easy access to the motorway, great restaurant, good sized rooms. Second time we have stayed here and good experiences both times.

It is a good place to sleep while traveling. It is a clean, comfortable, nice people at reception. It is very close to the highway and, for travelers, this is a big advantage. Also, breakfast is great, don't skip it!

Rooms are small but nice and clean! Parking area is big and very nice! Also tesla supercharger station is in side the property! Nice outside sitting and food! We loved it!

Nothing was really of an annoyance. Maybe the elevator, but such things happen.
We just stopped here to have a good night sleep and then headed directly back to the autostrada. The hotel is close to the autostrada exit. It is in a relativelly quiet place, so it was perfect in this regard. The 24h reception was the thing, based on which we decided, that we want to go there. The stuff was nice. Although the elevator didn't work at the time, that wasn't a big of an issue. We didn't take breakfast, but there was a bar to grab some coffee. That was nice. The room was comfy and relatively spacious.

It would be nice to change the plastic facilities for the kids to play outside with a proper playground, but of course, I guess it can’t be a priority.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of sweet and savoury options, and staff very kind.

The location - though admittedly, most visitors had cars. we stayed 5 nights, without a car, and struggled to get anywhere or find anything to do. A taxi to Ferrara cost 43 euros one way! we walked into occhiobello another day (in the rain) which wasn’t the easiest walk. No restaurant open for dinner on Sundays.
Most things, to be honest. staff - wonderful. always friendly and helpful Food in the restaurant was really good hotel is kept extremely clean Nice sitting areas outside if weather is kind
