There were a couple of things that were not dealbreakers, but could be improved: The iron is broken, and very small and old. The warm water on the bidet in the bathroom does not work. It works in the shower, so its all good. The floor was a bit dusty and had some pieces of fluff on a few days.

Great location, right next to Prati, a wonderful part of Rome with some of the greatest Italian restaurants & bakerys. (All full of locals, so you know it's a good sign). The appartement itself is located in a big building, next to 2 other rooms, which are barely noticeable. There's no sound or anything coming through, you might hear someone enter their room, but that's it. Nothing you wouldn't also hear in a hotel. The room itself provided a great view onto St. Peter, although the traffic can be quite noisy from 7am onwards, so you might not be able to sleep in, although the window shuts out most of the noise, so if you're comfortable with the A/C, you're good. The bathroom was a great standard for Italy, with bidet and a rainshower and fresh towels every day.

Was difficult interpreting the instructions to get into the property so we got stuck re-reading the instructions of which there were different wordings between email and the app. Finally figured it out. Turn handles left, not right!

Kitchen needs a sharp knife.

Location was excellent. The kitchen available in the general apmt was helpful. Coffee and snacks provided was really nice. Host was very responsive which was really appreciated.

The phone reception and wifi reception were not the best. Also, the beddings had a stuffy smell and I had to buy a room perfume.

Love the decor and the easiness of check in and out. The view was great and the location is very convenient. Very accommodating letting me check in earlier.

We found under the bed a shoe left by other customers before, that’s mean that the maid didn’t check and clean well

- Bed and mattress were saggy and worn out, replacement is very necessary, sleeping wasn’t comfortable. - Shower head is broken, should be replaced. - Floor was a bit sticky near the window. - Very overpriced for amenities and state of the room. - You are charged 1 euro for a bottle of water, with the price you pay, you expect a simple bottle of water to be complimentary.

The system to open the doors of the main building and the doors of the room for the first time can appear complicated , also because if you run out of battery on your phone will be impossible to open the doors and get into the flat

The air conditioning was crucial during our stay due to +34 outside in the day. Although the system worked, the result was disappointing - the room was always too humid and hot. Maybe it's our fault to put proper settings but in the end the quality of sleep and rest were affected seriously.

Even the room has seen better days, it was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Zero issues with water / electricity and other amenities, which really good. The cleaning lady was extremely cheerful and delicate, making the small cleanup every day.

The only issue we had is that it’s a little hard to get in the apartment. The mobile phone controlled system doesn’t always work so I had to call the staff to ask to let me in. However Anna was ready to help and solved all our problems immediately.

A comfortable easy chair or small sofa. 2 hard straight back dining chairs inadequate for sitting reading. People obviously use the bed to sit on to read or watch tv & consequently it was very well used on one side & not comfortable. The towel rack was located too high & I had to climb on the bidet to reach the towels. Not a viable option when you are in your 70’s. Room was quite dark & lighting not great.

-The digital key isn’t the easiest option, definitely prefer a physical key. -Shower needs some maintenance. -Window isn’t sound proof and could get a bit noisy at night (Window does not seal to the frame)

-The location was just perfect!! -Clean and spacious room. -Very helpful staff. -Vatican is a few steps away. -Really good price for what you get. -Was able to keep my luggage in the property on my last day before heading to the airport. Really enjoyed my stay there thank you!

The location is exceptional; you are literally looking at St. Basil's Basilica. Food and shopping options are nearby and a great connection to Rome's city centre.

-the property is accessed via a virtual key, so you need to be online to get to the property. it was a hassle for us since we came from another continent and didn't have ready mobile data on our phones to get access to the virtual key. -showerhead was loose and sprayed the entire bathroom when you turned it on. thankfully, there was able a handheld shower option to use.

great location if you're main purpose of your visit is to see the vatican. walking distance to st. peter's square. bus available right on piazza risorgimento, or walkable to the ottaviano metro station. comfortable bed and relatively clean.

Door opening system! Didn't like me kept locking me in or out! But owner sorted it very quickly. Room quite noisy at night.
