To pay EXTRA for the little Pool 8€and also 9€p.person for breakfast...WE never would have booked this place before If we had known that!!! And also the way to the City is not easy for older people...

Lack of breakfast .

The villa is close to the beach as well as shops and bus stop. We thought there was breakfast but just coffee which was very nice. The pool at a cost of 8 euros was a relief as it was hot. We would go back.

It was a bed and breakfast without breakfast. It was not possible to buy breakfast either. The owner charge 8 EUR per person to use the pool. Its to expensive and should be included…

Staff cannot speak English. They are very friendly and nice. Not a problem actually

Room is very clean. It is a good location, not too far from the central, only 5 minute walk to the beach.

Room promoted as a double and 2 singles or 4 x singles. Arrived to find 1 double and 1 single. When queried we were told we had to pull out a single from underneath the bed. No offer to do this for us. The bed had no linen and we were advised it would be made up within the hour. Arrived back at room 5 hours later to find bed not made up. Had to seek out a staff member to make the bed up at 10pm. Luckily there was a man ironing sheets that agreed to make the bed Other single bed had a slated base; one of the slates was broken so an uncomfortable night for that occupant. Air con was ineffective and none of us slept well,albeit it was very hot this week. One of the sheets had a mark on it and the undersheet on the double was so thin, we thought it was a mattress cover. When we advised reception in the morning, they were indifferent to our concerns. All in all, it was not worth the money

Location said 100 metres from the beach but was quite a bit further. Quite a decent walk up hill on a busy narrow road to and from the beach and centre of town especially in the heat. The pool also cost 8 euro per person per day to use. This was not clear to see when booking but hidden in important information. This was disappointing.

Property was clean and quiet. Staff especially the cleaner was very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast was prepared by host for 8 euro per person.

When I rent the room, I don’t think it was clear enough that it didn’t have windows. On top of that, there was a single small skylight right on top of the bed that had more light than the lamp, so from 5 am you have the sun of Sicily in your face, which is good if you want to get a tan and sleep an average of 4h. The mattress was pretty hard and the first day we couldn’t get breakfast because we couldn’t find anyone around the properly. Finally, I booked this place because of the pool and after booking I got a message saying that you have to pay additional to use it, would have loved to know this before booking.

Staff was very friendly and the property itself was nicely decorated. fairly easy to park and 10 minutes walk from Giardini Naxos beach.

The Villa is located next to the railway, in a somewhat residential area, a mix between regular apartments and derelict ones. But even still, it is in close proximity to the beach and restaurants ( around 10 min on foot ).

The host is very nice, he made breakfast for us each morning, helped us with directions and made sure that everything was to our liking. The villa's pool was also very clean and we really enjoyed the hydromassage option.
