I booked single room but owner upgraded for me and i got twin room. Thank you, Lucas! He is very friendly. He gave me free ticket for all buses and train (for big region, not only for Ortisei) for 6 days! And i got free ticket for public spa centre. The same very good. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant in hotel with beautiful view. By the way. I’v seen kitchen for guests in hotel but I didn’t check how is it)

I traveled alone and the single room was quite small but very nice and cozy! The window was small, but the view on the mountains was very nice. I kept my window open during the night and there were no mosquitoes or any other disgusting insects. Location is convenient with only a few minutes walk from three main funiculars to the mountains. The hotel also provided a free of charge bus tickets and access to the swimming pool and saunas, unfortunately I did not have time to try, so I will keep it for the next visit!;) Breakfast was very good with quite a variety of different dishes, but there were no hot dishes like omelet or sausages.

The room is a little bit too small. Bathroom height was awkwardly low, i couldnt stand up properly to take a shower. But not a deal breaker

The room was cold for the first night because the heat was not yet turned on and the window was cracked open. But after the first night not a problem at all.

Good breakfast to start the day. Prime location to explore Val Gardena and easily within walking distance of Ortisei. Possibly the best pricing and location within the area. The bed was really comfortable.

The room was so small that it was impractical. My luggage was either blocking the door, the bathroom or the wardrobe. Not having an elevator is also a downside.

Walking distance from the pedestrian zone of Ortisei and from the cable cars. Nice terrace overlooking the valley. Friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely wonderful location, just 15 minutes walk from main square but higher up. So gorgeous views and a lovely garden from which to enjoy them. Great base for Seceda and Mont Seuc. Spotless, comfy, friendly, great food and value for money. Rita e Chiara, grazie moltissimo. Rosa.

The bathroom was bit smaller for us but was not a big problem. Also there is no lift to the upper floors if you have heavy luggage but was fine for us and they have help to carry the luggage to the top for people in need.

The property is centrally located to the cable car to Seceda and bus station to St Cristina for the Sassolungo. They give you free public transport pass for the South Tyrol region and free pass to the city centre’s swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was super awesome with a lot of varieties. They have a terrace with good view and dine in facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

That we could not stay longer!

The views were great, and the staff was very friendly! There is an outside lawn area for relaxing, it comes with chairs, umbrellas and tables. We also received free pool vouchers to use the sauna and facilities. We also received a bus voucher for 1 week of free travel across Italy. The staff also prepared us a day bag of food due to our early departure and missing breakfast, we considered this to be above and beyond. Property is located close to the bus station that connects Bolzano to Ortisei. They also have a buffet breakfast and buffets suppers that includes bottomless wine.

We Loved our stay here! The location is fantastic, the hotel has “old world charm.” The staff are so friendly that it feels like staying with family. If you have a car, it is easy to get around. We did not and had no problems (but we were there to hike so did not mind the uphill walks). We appreciated the breakfast - loved the coffee and hot milk. Really, it was a very special holiday!

The room was small but that made little difference to me since I spent very little time there except sleeping.

Breakfast was just what I wanted. The lo action was perfect. The bus pass was very helpful. Personal were all pleasant to work with. I was especially impressed with Chiara at the front desk who gave me the answers I needed to resolve travel issues unrelated to the hotel.

The service staff (Natalia) at the hotel restaurant was unfriendly and lied that the tables by the window were reserved (this was not true when we checked with the hotel receptionist). She refused to let us sit at the tables for the 3 days we were there despite the tables being empty throughout. We did not feel welcomed by her treatment and attitude

The bathtub. Slanted in a way that it was very hard to take a shower, Too small to sit in. Very uncomfortable
