This is a small - 20 bedroom - boutique hotel that offers a very high quality experience. It has plenty of staff always on hand for guest support. It is located in a quiet area of hotels at the east end of Riva del Garda. It is well located for restaurants and close to beaches along the lake side leading into medieval Garda. It is an easy drive to car parks in the town centre. The hotel is well situated for driving down the east and west shores of the lake and also into the mountains. Staff - exceptionally helpful and friendly. The receptionists in large part made our holiday the success it was - very approachable and knowledgeable providing lots of helpful information as we hadn't visited this area previously. Breakfasts - the best ever covering cold and hot choices and multiple choices of everything. Attentive staff topping up depleted dishes, clearing the table. Dining room - spacious and light, quiet. Our room - spacious, well appointed, comfortable with mountain view. Outdoor pool and garden - warm (heated) water very pleasant space with variety of high quality seating, planting , grass and paving. Indoor jacuzzi and gym - wonderful view down the lake from this excellent second floor facility.

Exceptional staff, sublime gluten free food, great location, free parking. Breakfast host was the best we have ever had at any hotel ever, she was phenomenally attentive and friendly. We even had the most incredible lake and mountain views from our room. Just wow!

Fitness room is pretty tiny and not really many free weights.

Really a great stay. Was there for 2 nights with my dog in the Lounge Lilli with sauna & hot tub and it was amazing. The staff were very friendly to both me and my dog (they even gave him some treats at breakfast). There was also a bottle of champagne and some snacks waiting in the room when we checked in.

The most incredible hotel they were just the most amazing people the hotel was beautiful the best in lake Guarda we stayed in a suite with a hot tub this really was the best treat the restaurant the best in lake Guarda we will be back to your stunning hotel Sara Jason xx

There was very little we didn’t like about this hotel. The only thing that was annoying was to use the coffee machine in the suite, they would charge €1.5 per coffee pod used. I felt that was completely unnecessary to charge for this considering the price we paid for the suite. Silly to leave a bad taste for such a small thing.

As a treat for our 30th Anniversary we booked the penthouse suite. It was amazing(if a bit expensive!)The space was huge with a large balcony area with sun loungers, table and chairs, bean bag &, best of all, a hot tub. Even had a static exercise bike! The view was great to the hills behind and lake in front. The living area had the most comfy sofas and the bed was super comfy too. The staff were really lovely as was the great breakfast buffet.
