EVERYTHING! The place is gorgeous, clean, well maintained with amazing view. The rooms were wonderful, had everything we needed and were so clean and spacious. It’s clear the staff love what they do as all were so helpful and welcoming. It was great even just talking with them and ask for advice and ideas of what to see around. Antonio gave us a lot of priceless tips! We were staying with our 1.5yo son and I can’t thank Antonio, Denise and the team enough for how warm and nice they were. Made traveling with a baby so much easier. The whole team were so patient and kind. Every morning in the breakfast he got his own sit already organized with a children chair, bib and his own safe spoon fork and knife (all suitable for children). The breakfast is just amazing, everything is so fresh and delicious. In our last evening we had a pizza party which was fantastic! We were in a lot of places around the world and this place is truly exceptional. Thank you guys! We will definitely come back!

Villa Ketty is amazing place to spend your vacation in Italy. It was the best travel experience I've ever had, and they treat you like family. The room had amazing views, breakfast was made by the owner (imagine you have fresh mozzarella, ricotta, eggs, olives etc that was grown at the Villa and cooked for you). Fresh and delicious fruit and several types of pies. They also made a homemade dinner (3 course pasta one night and pizza on another nigh). Excellent service, food, accommodation, views and pool. If you can imagine paradise - this is it. We drove there by car, but it’s just few steps from the train station, so easily accessible from Napoli. Highly recommend this hidden gem. Thank you Antonio and team for such warm hospitality!

The view is amazing, the staff and the owners are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is way much better than in a 5-star hotel: wide selection of local specialities, home-made cheese, freshly baked cakes, fresh orange juice, nice coffee. Every detail in the accommodation was selected piece by piece by the owners. You feel yourself at home from the moment of your arrival. We also enjoyed two amazing dinners there with delicious Italian dishes made by their chef.

No room for improvement at Villa Ketty, it was by far the best place we stayed at in Italy.

We loved our stay at Villa Ketty, the location overlooking the sea is breathtaking. Antonio and Denise are lovely people and the staff is so kind and hospitable. The breakfast is amazing! They had a pizza party with music and a 5 course dinner which allows the guests to meet and enjoy each other's company. We walked to the city center each day only a 10 minute walk or the staff can give you a ride to the meeting point. We also took a day trip to Capri- unbelievable.

I wish I had a better idea of what to expect and how things worked at the resort when we first arrived. The first night we were just winging it.

This place is great! Breakfast was great! They did an Italian meal one night with music and it was fantastic! I do want to share a few things that might help others. If you are a planner, and do not speak Italian, I highly recommend that you ignore all of the reviews that say, just show up and Antoinio will take care of it. The only thing I would change is that I would have booked some of my day trips the same way I do for all of my trips. My wife and I struggled with communicating, but we consider that an "us" problem. They were great and really tried. One night we ordered food delivered and we ordered 2 orders of meatballs but got two orders of Ravioli. :-). I even showed them a picture from the menu. :-) again, I feel like that is our fault for not being able to communicate better. Also, if you are on a long trip and need to do laundry, I would probably try to do it before or after this location. I don't think they get that request often.

Nothing not to like!

Villa Ketty is an unusual experience in many ways and for the most part we would highly recommend it, particularly for the owners, Antonio and his wife, his staff, Chico and Francesco. The location offers the best views of Naples Bay and Vesuvius as well as Sorrento from below, and the small town of Vice Equenses, is easy to enjoy. Unfortunately, the location high in the hills, requires guests to leave their car at a car park in the village and take the hotel shuttle up and down. It is a truly small price to pay for the luxuries this property has to offer. When we arrived, we were hungry and food appeared in five minutes. The first night we were there the hosts held a pizza party with five different kinds of pizza made right their in their outdoor ovens. If we did not wish to go to town, lunch was always available. Breakfasts were a feast of fresh EVERYTHING, although eggs and meat were not available American style. The family who owns the villa is extremely dedicated to seeing that every guest is served as if family. The pool overlooks the bay, as do all the rooms. All in all, we would recommend Villa Ketty as long as the slight inconvenience of relying on the hotel shuttle is acceptable. We will always wish this family well because they took really good care of us!

You have a lot of dependency on the staff in order to get to places (they give you a ride to the city because it’s located pretty high) and sometimes it can take time.

This place is amazing! We spent a week at Villa Ketty as a family group (4 x families). Antonio &. Denise & their staff made us feel at home. The place is spectacular. The town is a short walk with everything you need. The Train line takes you to Sorrento & Pompei & Naples. Easy getting around.

(Nit picking here) The fridge could do with updating, didn't get very cold, only mentioning this as we had our baby and we couldn't use it to store any milk. Absolutely not a criticism, just would have been better for us individually. Also, had we asked them, I'd say they would have offered to store it for us.
