The "separate building" is a bit misleading... is actually a different hill... 4 km away from reception and "civilisation". The breakfast it seems expensive for what they offer. I don't think it's worth the 15 euro per person.

Location is everything you can envision Tuscany to be: beautiful hills, tranquillity, beautiful views, vineyards, olive trees, and deer, rabbits :). The staff was great in providing us with advice. The room, in a separate building, on a different hill, was rustic, but with everything you need. We were 4, (2 adults and 2 kids) and the size of the apartment was great. Beds comfortable. And everything you need in the kitchen. Too bad the weather did not allow us to use the pool.

house keeping was slow to respond when needed, the provided shampoos and soaps were very limited and not replenished daily, leading to shortages. Additionally, some areas of the apartment, such as corners with spider webs, needed more thorough cleaning, and the showers were somewhat outdated and required maintenance.

We stayed in an apartment about a 10-minute drive from the main hotel, accessed via a ride on a dirt road. The apartment was well equipped for our needs, including hosting a dinner for eight people. It featured amazing views and a pool that is a major highlight in the summer.

The second room was a loft style bedroom with steep stairs and no door which we would have liked to know prior. The mattresses were a little stiff as well.

The villas were on top of a beautiful hill in the middle of many wineries and adorable towns. The most charming buildings, perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy couple of days in Florence. Bathrooms were newly updated which was a nice touch!

Breakfast was excellent - you can order eggs any style and coffee any style, then buffet for the rest. The staff were exceptionally helpful with our travel plans. The rooms were clean and large. The villa is stunning and quiet. The winery and local restaurant simply added to the perfection of the stay. Just wonderful.

One of the most beautiful views in the Chianti region. The staff, especially Laria, was wonderful. The restaurant on property is lovely. Highly recommend doing the wine tour.

Nothing! Everything was great

We were here in Mid October and we LOVED our stay here!! We were in Tuscany for our honeymoon and this Villa was a dream. The buffet breakfast was so delicious, the staff were so lovely and helpful, the bed was comfy, the room view was beautiful. You must try the Chianti Classico during your stay!

Location, however, is somewhat limiting when it comes to having multiple convenient restaurant choices close by where a reservation is not required. Room needed more electrical outlets near bedside for phone chargers. A wine tasting for Villa S Andrea wines was included for guests but was underwhelming, just tasted samples of their wines and that was it. There is a paid version that may be more comprehensive but we did not inquire about this.

Breakfast was great! Location in the countryside was was very pretty. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating in all respects. Onsite restaurant was excellent. Main building with our room is a bit on the rustic side but looks like upgrades are in progress for spas, etc.

We have to say a huge thank you to the staff and everyone at Villa S. Andrea. They truly went above and beyond to make our engagement extra special. They accommodated us with a beautiful, well-appointed private picnic in a picturesque location on their property where I could ask my girlfriend to marry me. Also they made us reservation at the restaurant which was an incredible dining experience food was amazing and the sunset even more so. Highly recommend 10/10

It was a bit difficult to find the property

The property itself is beautiful with incredible views. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large quiet balcony. The complimentary breakfast was very good and their restaurant offered one of the best dining experiences we have had in Italy. Good air conditioner and elevator a plus. Worth a visit.

Most beautiful property. The staff was so friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was large and well kept. The breakfast was superb and well worth the value. We also ate at the restaurant a couple times and the food was outstanding.

Nothing not to like about it!

Absolutely loved the private spacious villa with a beautiful view of vineyards and olive trees. Pool was pristine and the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful or friendlier! They helped book massages, Vespa, Hot air balloon and dinner reservations! They made staying at this beautiful villa even better! They made my wife and my honeymoon even more special! When we come back to Tuscany we will stay again! Highly recommend for anyone! Their wine is delicious too!

I loved everything except the beds and pillows were too firm for my liking.

Our family of four spent 5 nights in a 3 room apartment at Villa S. Andrea and absolutely loved it. Iliana, at the reception, gave us wonderful tips for exploring the area. We would definitely come back.

Pool is a distance. (I did know this though) Cellar door staff are not very pleasant- separately run from the accom.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Reception was further than we thought from the villa we stayed in. Having a car made this manageable but it definitely adds a bit of time to the check in process

This place is so beautiful and cosy! We felt we had everything we need and the staff were so helpful. Location was right in the middle of a few great towns with restaurants, supermarkets etc. Loved the pool and the outdoor seating options! Apartment was really spacious for a group of 4.

- Only 1 washing machine for 7 apartments, it wasn’t enough as many families needed it at the same time - No salt, pepper, oil or measuring cup provided (it would’ve been helpful to cook our meals)
