I stayed at many places before and I must honestly say that Ocho Rios Vacation Resort Property Rentals is the best. It’s the best location in OchoRios in the heart of everything thing. Security was awesome and the grounds well kept. The room was very clean and had everything.

The listing states "airport shuttle" which as a regular traveler, I interpreted as the shuttle service being included in the booking of the room but it was not ( It's an additional cost.)

The resort was nice overall and in a great location in front of the beach and close to a few restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. I wouldn't mind staying again now that I know what to expect.

Firstly, I have travelled to 43 countries and I work in the hotel industry and this was by far the worst experience! We tried to check in at check in time of 3pm for our 3 night reservation, the receptionist had no idea what was going on, and each room is owned by different people so we had to wait for the property owner to get back to us. We called the property owner who did pick up, and they assured us that the housekeeper is on their way and will be there in "a minute" to check us in and show us our room. We wait for 2 hours before the housekeeper came, and the room still wasn't ready. Housekeeper only just started to clean the room when we met her at 5pm. Shortly afterwards, the housekeeper hands me her phone to speak with the owner and she asked me to LIE and tell the owner that we were happily checked in (which we were not), we were still waiting for our room to be cleaned.. When the housekeeper finally came to show us the room, she still had to finish cleaning the bathroom while we were unpacking and didn't have any privacy and it was 7:30pm. We missed our dinner reservations, our "view" was the parking lot and dumpsters so we didn't use the balcony. Mirror was broken on the closet doors, one light wasn't working in the bathroom. We asked for a quiet room, the room was close to the pool where they had a DJ playing loud music into the night. Then there were BUGS crawling on the floors and on the dining table!!! I messaged the owner the first night that we were going to leave a day earlier because of the bugs, he refused to refund us the last night even though we didn't stay the last night and the room literally had bugs. The housekeeper our second day was interrogating us about leaving early and made us feel super uncomfortable. Absolute disgrace for the hotel and travel industry. DO NOT STAY HERE.

very very friendly from the staff and guests, the property seems to attract really nice, easy going persons. super impressed that the very few cats we saw, were spayed or neutered, happy and friendly

I didn't like that you could here the neighbours upstairs when the use the toilet and the shower does not drain very well your showering in a pool of water.

The staff was rude she had no behavior and was a complete turn off the room wasn't clean the was close at 5 and the smokers where all out at the poolside with nasty music am sorry we went and will not make that mistake again

Hotel right on beach, easy access, loved the shower they have after ur swim & it’s free to get in. Location is right in the middle of almost everything shops, restaurants & activities. The restaurant inside the hotel is very convenient for breakfast! They also have a small kitchen by the bar. The cook makes TASTEY food :) & the bar area is awesome. They had a DJ on the wknds who played great music, nothing but good vibes. Our host Paulette was so kind and helpful, she cleaned our room every day. The hotel is gated so we felt at peace knowing our rental was safe at night :) I would recommend this hotel clean & affordable. Definitely staying here again!

Only place I will stay in Ochi. I usually travel solo, and as a young female I have always felt safe and secure here. I have stayed at Sandcastles several times and it is the best!!! On the beach, centrally located, great price, and the rooms have all the comforts of home! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the front desk to the bartender at the pool bar. Pauline was exceptionally great, my flight was delayed and she waited hours for me to get there to check in, and was so accommodating. ❤🇯🇲 Sandcastles mi soon come!!

The location was great with the beach just a minute away. Additionally, the clean environment with a kid-friendly pool and the convenience of the restaurant on the property that prepared delicious meals made our stay worthwhile.
