Everything was great

Location was perfect, close to the metro station and bus stops. The whole staying was very comfortable, we could use the kitchen, living room and do the laundry anytime we wanted. The owner was really helpful and responsive.

The house is quite big, there are several bathrooms and 2 eating spaces (1 is a real kitchen) so it was always possible to cook or take a shower. It was extremely clean and close to the metro. Highly recommend!

The rubbish bins were quite full so it was difficult to throw away trash in the communal areas (but it wasn't the end of the world).

A really great location. It was close to quite a few cafes and restaurants and a short train ride from Hongik University station (which is very vibey). It was also very close to a subway station so it was no effort at all to get around Seoul. Our room was cozy and comfy and had everything we needed. It was also nice that there was coffee and a water dispenser to refill bottles.

There are no downsides for me other than that one of the bathrooms had a low ceiling and I am tall, but this was no problem since there is also another bathroom with a higher ceiling

If you are looking for something fancy this is probably not the place (it was clean though), but if you are ok with something more rustic, definetely stay here.

Having only one key for two guests was a little bothersome in my case, since me and my friend had different plans and needed to go in/out at different times. Staff was willing to help solve the issue, but in general I feel like one more key per room would make things easier!

The location is very convenient as it's close to the station and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was friendly and willing to answer questions and help so the check in and check out experience was very straightforward. The room was small but it was clean and the AC worked well. The common areas were nice as well and mostly quiet. I felt safe staying there.

Our bunk bed room was very tiny and it was challenging when it came to packing both of our suitcases but other than that it was clean and comfortable.

The place had a very youthful atmosphere with souvenirs left by guests from all around the world. The bathroom was fully equipped - the shampoo and conditioner provided smelled so nice and made my hair silky! There were informative notes left by the host around the house that made it easier to navigate and use facilities. You can access a washing machine, iron, luggage scale, there are even umbrellas you can help yourself with. There's plenty of BTS posters on the walls, which made us smile. The house had a very cozy and warm vibe. It felt lived in, in a good way. It almost felt like staying at family's house.

We had the rooftop room with a terrace. It was our favourite place while visiting Seoul. Very authentic. The bedroom had drawers, nice beds, a table and air conditioning. The kitchen or small "living room" had a refrigerator, microwave oven and a fan. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner, small washing machine. The highlight was the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed the evening meal.

The leaving area is quiet, and the 7/11 is near . the staff is so friendly and helpful. The Homeplus supermarket in the walking distance is only 10 minutes.

For the price no improvement

Close to subway (5-10 minute walk) Near super local market area. Host very helpful with suggestions of where to eat. Lots of facilities ie washing machine, free wi fi , tea coffee,filtered hot and cold water, kitchen .
