Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff at the check-in desk were not very knowledgeable about the immediate area around the hotel and while there was a concierge desk, there was never anyone staffing it when we were in the lobby.
The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is near the Metro making it easy to get around Busan. The area around the hotel is also interesting with easy access to the Seomyeon Market Area and a large Lotte Department Store. There were many great restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner.

The room was very warm, which made it difficult to sleep. Air-conditioning could not be adjusted. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Single room is compact size. For me it was ok but if you need space consider going for bigger room option.
Great location in the heart of Somyeon. Good breakfast and value for the money in general. Also safebox in the room (plus!) although Booking's introduction is not mentioning it

Having the sink in the room and not in the bathroom can be inconvenient.
Great location in Seomyeon. The bed had very nice blankets and pillows. The breakfast was also good.

Even though I kindly asked for early check-in because I had a long journey, the room was not even ready at the regular check-in time. I was then offered late check-out, but I had to catch my early flight. It would have been great, if I was offered something else instead (e.g. free drink) because the room was not ready at regular check-in time.
Room was very comfy and the location is very central. It is located next to a big shopping center and a supermarket; metro and city center are walkable. The cleaning is really amazing, the room was always cleaned as soon as I came back - thank you for that!

I found it odd to have the bathroom sink outside the bathroom :) The air conditioning was a little bit too loud and the air flow was directed to the bed. But we could open the window and that was good enough
The room was really big with plenty of space to put your stuff. The personnel was really nice and helped you with everything. Location: close to the subway and thus you could reach any objectives as fast as possible. Lots of things to do and see in a walking distance

Room a bit small as the table takes up space, but we were able to fit our luggage on the table. Sink was a bit small but we put our toiletries on the table. There is no gym or microwave/water dispenser but the staff can help you with microwaving / getting water. Location is 10min walk to Seomyeon station.
Staff were really friendly and warm, lobby area is quite fancy and staff gave out water upon request. Shower was large and TV also large. International charging ports and USB charging ports awesome!
