The glass windows are horrible at blocking the sounds from the street! it feels like you are sleeping on or next to the roads. Thin walls in the hotel, and I don't think it is a good idea to have wooden flooring with wooden chairs as it makes such a loud noise when used. All I heard (apart from the road noise) was the sound of chairs moving.

Location is good if you have to be close to Busan station. I made a mistake whilst in Busan and had to find urgent accommodation! After doing some searching I found this hotel which was sort of close to Busan station as I had to catch the KTX out of Busan to Seoul early in the morning. Cleanliness of the hotel and the room! didn't find any stains and bed/bed sheets were clean. Rooms are modern looking!

They didn’t clean our coffee cups during the room cleaning service and we found out next morning when we went to make some tea.

It could have been a little cleaner (some dust here and there, and a hair on the sheets) but overall it was fine. The walls/baseboards looked like they needed to be updated though. They were scuffed and peeling in places. As for soundproofing, it was quiet when we stayed, but we could hear our next-door neighbor sneeze, so maybe if you stayed next to a group that talked a lot or played music, it could get noisy.

Comfortable rooms in a good location. I liked that there was a convenience store and cafe in the building. Nice lobby and quick elevators. The staff was efficient and multi-lingual (I heard them speaking both English and Japanese very well), and they even let us check in early since our room was ready. The room was a good size and had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

There weren't enough pillows. The Wi-Fi was weak and would drop off. There needs to be more access points for Wi-Fi on each floor to improve the connectivity. There was a lot of random damage on the walls and baseboards like the rooms have not been overhauled in a long time.

The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The opening windows were nice for ventilation and the Air conditioning worked well. The water was nice and hot for showering. The chicken place was amazing and the convenience store was awesome too.

Too far away from the Busan station. It takes 20 min walk.

It’s spacious and comfortable. Big enough space for having two huge luggages open wide on the floor and also big enough space in the bathroom basin to put both my stuff and my friend’s. Convenient to hire a cab as the cab stand is just right outside the hotel.

A second luggage rack would be nice, especially because there is ample space for one in front of the TV.

The hotel is close to metro stations and within walking distance of Gukje Market and Jagalchi Fish Market. We booked an Executive Twin Room with Harbor View, which was spacious and very comfortable, with two chairs and a table at the window. It was very quiet, no noise from the street, nor from the hall, nor from other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of dishes, and at a very reasonable price. We also appreciated the free parking in their underground car park.

The room needs a freshen up or an upgrade in the future. It looks a little tired. There are no sockets near the bedside tables so you have to charge your phone across the room at the desk which is a minor inconvenience. I think the space in the room could be utilised more efficiently and offer more convenience for customers. The light switch for the main room is located next to the bed which is awkward when you arrive late and have to walk past the bed to turn the light on when it's dark

The room was cleaned everyday with new towels given. It is quite close to the subway. I didn't use any of the facilities there but it had several restaurants and a gym. The room was spacious. A/C worked well.
