The wifi was pretty awful - we gave up in the end and used data to plan the following day of our trip.

Location was lovely - walkable to the falls, coast, shops etc. Hotel was lovely - the staff were friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit tight and didn't seem as though there was enough spaces for the hotel if it was to be full.

There was only a single bath towel (for an occupancy of two adults). We had to request an extra bath towel from the concierge.

Location is excellent! Affordability is top given the location within the resort district.

This cannot be considered a problem as it had no impact on my stay experience: Hope to enhance security in the rooms on the ground floor, such as stronger looking window locks. It can make passengers feel more secure. After all, floor allocation is random.

    1. Very friendly staff, even if I don't speak Korean, the communication is still very smooth. During my stay, there were some minor problems with my room facilities, which were quickly fixed after communication. 2. Excellent location, elegant environment. Located in the tourist area, with a pleasant view nearby, and a 10-minute walk from the beach 3. Clean and spacious room. Although the room facilities are not luxurious (it is ok for this price), they are very clean. 4. Generally speaking, it is a cost-effective choice in the tourist area.

The rooms were a little dated and very basic with for example only one nightstand for a double bed. The bathroom was very small, especially for it being a room with 2 bedrooms. The breakfast was mainly Asian breakfast. I don’t think the room matched the photo’s.

The hotel was located in Seogwipo, near the beach and restaurants. We were able to use the pool of the neighboring hotel free of charge. The communal area’s were nice.it was nice the room had 2 separate bedrooms.

    Great short stay in May!

No dry cleaning, steaming services or iron but not a deal breaker. Also, we couldn't use the AC (in May) despite the room being too hot for our taste, but the window had a mosquito net so we opened it.

Nice hotel with lovely staff, well located to visit the southwest side of Jeju Island. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. 7/11 and Starbucks were within walking distance. About 45 drive from the airport (approx 45,000w).

I didn’t like that the pool was shared with the hotel next door or that it wasn’t clearly stated in the hotel post. It wasn’t the worst, but I wish I would’ve known before.

I liked the location a lot. The airport bus stopped right in front of the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was really helpful. I also loved that there was a gs25, cafe and a massage center on site ~

Staff where helpful but communicated with very basic english. Although the hotel has two parking lots on both sides of the hotel, by the end of the day it's already full. Room doesn't have any chairs or smaller tables which is why it would be better to sit in the lobby but the lobby has closing time and you are not allowed to sit there after 12 am.

We had an overall decent stay. Great location and room was spacious enough for 3 adults. Pool is free of use and is shared with another hotel next door. Hotel also provides free parking when traveling with car. Hotel facility is overly spacious. Breakfast is included for 2 people and the food is mediocre/basic.

    - You will be served a super simple Korean breakfast during your stay. They say it in the information about the hotel but they do not say it will be SAME during your stay. Please check the photos of the breakfast. Choosing between two soups will be your only choice. Not sure if it was filling or good in Korean norms but you might struggle as a foreigner who is not used to having Korean soup and dishes for breakfast. You can go to the cafe nearby where you will pay at least 15K for a coffee and bagel. - There is just one tiny pool which is used by two hotels. Thus it is super busy especially when families with kids come to the pool deck. - There is no restaurant in the hotel. In my first night, I was told to go to the other hotel for dinner but they had no idea that guests from Bloom Hotel could eat there. They said they could serve me but it would take at least an hour and it was already 8 pm. Thus, I had bananas for dinner for the first night. - Hotel was clean in general but I can not say the same for the fridge in the room.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It’s relatively close to Seogwipo beach and there are a few cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood as well.

The lack of information available was frustrating. It would have been better if there was some/any information available on local tourist attractions, areas of interest (where to go or how to get there), restaurants or even what was available at the hotel, i.e. information at the front desk or informed employees who know something about the area at reception. When I first arrived in late afternoon and asked if there was somewhere nearby that I could eat as I hadn't eaten all day, no one could give me any information on where any restaurants were nearby or recommend anywhere I could eat at all. One of the workers at the front desk drew a line on a map telling me that was the way to get to downtown. That was it. I also asked how to get to the beach. No information was available. I didn't even know where the pool was until the last day I was at the hotel. There were no signs that I could see related to the pool in the hotel.

Re breakfast: I wouldn't recommend it. I prefer a continental style breakfast with choices available.
