Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom floor can flood wirh water easily. So, when showering, you have to be careful.
I liked that it had a washing machine and a microwave in the room. The location was nice, close to the haeundae beach and public transportation. There is also a convenience store on the ground floor in the same building.

Elevator suffers from congestion from the other hotels using the same facility

They could add a breakfast option, but there were lots of nearby convenience stores to buy snacks.
Great location, super close to the beach, and lots of touristic points. The room was also really good!

The elevator can be slow and the building is old.

We waited too long for the elevator during check-out time. A lot of people was using the elevator. Finally we decided to use the stairs. If you are in a hurry, better be prepared for long waiting time.
The room was huge but looks old. The facilities like freezer, washing machine and kitchen was good.

Distance from the train station is very long, you need to take the subway or a bus, either way the subway station / bus stops are not near and you must walk 10/15 minutes which in case of having heavy luggage could be a problem.
Great place near the Haeundae beach and at walking distance from many restaurants/coffees/convenience stores. I really enjoyed Busan during my stay.

Nothing to complain about, especially taking the costs of the rooms in consideration.
Booked two rooms for family. Rooms were reasonably clean. This is more of a unit, rather than a hotel. Good value for money.

There is limited elevator in the building and it takes long time to going up. Also the room that is closest to the corridor is not noise proof so we can hear everthing from outside.
The location was great, 5 minutes walking to Haeudae beach and there are many good restaurants to pick. The studio it self are comfortable and spacious.

The rooms are shared with other hotels so tidiness is not guaranteed for other hotels. Ours though, is great since the unit comes with washing machine

There is a washing machine without any washing powder or liquid. Small packs for 2/3 days would help a lot. The nearby shops sell large packs only.
The residence meet the requirement of a family with children. There is a little sea view from the living room. The beach is only 5 minutes walk.

Booked for 3 people and got 1 double bed and a a sort of futon (bed sheets on the floor) with the latter being uncomfortable. While the booking says the room unit has 1 bed, it doesn’t state that the extra bed is on the floor. The no. of towels and water bottles are also 2… instead of 3. Got some problem with communications as staff isn’t fluent in English. They tried to communicate with google translate but still… it would have been nice to be able to talk directly
The location is just 3-5 mins walking to the beach, and within walkable distance to major attractions I.e busan x the sky, sea life aquarium, beach train, yacht tour… Check in is seamless. The room is clean and felt welcoming. If you choose not to have the cleaned (short stay), they will provide new towels and water bottles in a bag hanging on the room door.

1. It's 15-20mins walk from nearest subway station (haundae station). 2. Taxis don't like to pick u up from haundae station to the hotel, as it's less than 1km to spend 4.8k won 😂
1. Haundae beach is across the property, but no sea views from property. 2. Clean large comfy room with tea+ coffee facilities, microwave, washing machine. It had heated floors I think, and heated toto toilet seats. It's basically an airbnb with cleaning services. There are 2 tower buildings beside each other; managed by same company. 3. The restaurants and night market nearby, albeit a 10-15mins walk.

It has washing machine but no place to dry the blotches. And the shower room always leaking to make the floor wet all the time.
Location wise is okay if you go on summer time.
