The rooftop pool was underwhelming. I was not aware it was only 2 - 2.5 feet deep before going there.

The location was convenient and quiet. The breakfast was decent. I would say it was more of a beffet style cafeteria as you have to clean off the plates. But kids were happy to see some of their favorite cereal. If you were to eat western style breakfast, it is overpriced for dyi eggs, but there were way more Korean options.

We only stayed one night but we overall enjoyed our stay. From the rooftop you will have a great view upon the ocean but there are only a few places in the shade and the pool is more suitable for children than for swimming. The room was clean and like in the description and the staff was friendly and kind. We arrived earlier than the usual check in time and where allowed to stay in the lobby or spend our time at the rooftop.

It was an emergency stay just for one night but the hotel was good. A bit old but for a cheap price. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Hotel was lovely just wished I had a rental car as going uphill through park in humid heat in Aug was hard work. Would have liked some usb charger sockets.

Good clean hotel with lovely lively roof pool. Close to bus terminal but uphill through park so probably better for car drivers. Starbucks and McDonald's nearby also convenience stores. Rooftop pool with food and drinks good. Water bottle every day and roof cleaned every day.

The location is good if you want to visit Seogwipo attractions.

We were a little disappointed the pool was closed. The walls were thin. You could hear anyone in the hallway.

Location of the hotel was great. It was close to bus stops, an Emart, a GS25, and many restaurants. The room was clean and a good size.

The pool was not working as promised.

The staff was very friendly, our flight was early, and they allowed us to check-in early. Rooms were cleaned every day, there was a huge TV with free Netflix! The beds were comfortable, location is close to transportation!

The central bus options leave from the high street which is a 7 minute walk away from the hotel entrance. The location of the hotel makes it most accessible to travellers who are driving. There are plenty of bus options however, that go to downtown Seogwipo and also Jungmun beach. I wanted to use the rooftop to eat my breakfast (purchased from a local bakery), and sadly, the roof area was a little untidy. Even if the pool is closed, I think the hotel should maintain the area well so guests can still enjoy it in October.

Modern, clean, good sound proofing. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The pillows could be a lot better and they could put more than just two pillows on a queen bed. Also would have been nice if they updated the system to say I had 5 people in the room. Every time after the room was cleaned I would have to go to the front desk to ask for more towels because they would not put enough back in the room for the family to use. I also feel the pool should be open until 10 pm and not close at 9 pm.

The breakfast was great every morning and had lots of different selections to choose from. The pool area was nice as well and it was open. Most hotels do not open their pools until 1 July. Finally, the location was great.

The room was wonderful, The staff did great even with lots of guests checking in on the same day for a big event. It was a great base for staying in the area. Appreciated the upgrade to the larger room with kitchen area.

I booked a month & a half in advance for two nights (Friday & Saturday) and I was informed 7 days before my trip that the booking was cancelled due to IT/Technical issue. Rooms for Friday and Sunday however were available for booking online 3 days before I departed. Also, lack of English speaker at the lobby might make it difficult for some travelers, not a big issue as long as you don't have anything important to ask. The pool was not available !

I love staying this place. My second time travel to jeju and staying same hotel. . The place was very near to emart and convenient store. We love to come again soon .
