Nice pool n clean rooms .Had a good time .

Pool is not renovated and get injured due to the bottom of the tiling also, better to have bit clean as the Bedsheet in our room is not changed as kept previous gest used, saw some hair and dirt... We pay money and better change new and charge for the laundry.

Staff and friendly and help us to suggest the food and guide what is the best

Nice clean rooms and bedding.Nice big swimming pool. Attentive staff and always smiling. Had a nice Sri Lankan dinner. Breakfast was okay.at first and then asked if we could have a fruit platter included which made the English breakfast pleasant We stayed for 6 nights. We would stay again.

On both nights, there were functions happening at their hall and the noise went past midnight. It was very loud and no one in the rooms were able to sleep peacefully

Pool - Good. Rooms were clean. Bed and pillow were soft and comfortable. Their menu said either English, Sri Lankan Breakfast. Both days we were offered only English breakfast and when we queried about the Sri Lankan Breakfast, we were told that you need to inform the previous night if we wanted the Sri Lankan breakfast. This was not made aware either during the check-in process or during our first day breakfast time.

Great pool for swimming lengths. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Good food and wide choice.

They somehow don’t offer services like breakfast in bed and so on. Instead you are forced to come to the dining area for your meals. It’s important to make your guests feel comfortable and let them enjoy their food in the room if they wish to.

The toilets for the bar/eating area were by the pool and were dirty no soap, toilet paper,the entrance to them also unclean. The shower for the pool did not work. Would have been nice to have some table and chairs by the pool to relax . .Some old stone tables stacked away so not able to use them. TV not working.

Nice clean pool and the room was good. The bar where the food was served was nice and good service. Nice pillows(2) and comfy bed. Kettle in the room but had to ask for cups. Price of drinks was reasonable and food was nicely presented . The staff were very helpful

There should be tea coffee facilities at the room and we had to request for cups and saucers.

The room is very comfortable and it was valuable for the money paid. Also the food was really good and they were even keen on preparing food as our needs. Room has a minibar which is really useful.

Property need some attention , swimming pool some tiles parts are broken my 2 kids got injured on the first day. Alhamdhu lillahi nothing happened on rest of the 3 days. We stayed 3 days no room cleaned on our entire stay. I requested to change the towels and toiletries on the 2nd day to the reception guy. Our request was ignored, On the first day when we got the room hand shower was broken later they fixed it. They have their own exchange rate so you will loose some money in the exchange rate. Pastas are little expensive it better to buy FB or HB when booking, they don’t upgrade the meal plan after you book the room. Overall we had a great time and we extended our holiday for 2 more nights. For the price their offering its one of the best choice in Nigambo.

Great well cleaned swimming pool, Delicious food, great team at the restaurant and kitchen. Always serve the food on time. On arrival room was well cleaned, my kids love Nikalodian on tv. When booked FB on booking.com I saved a lot.

Staff was not welcoming enough and wasn't attentive. No person was there to welcome. They charge you the room charges at check-in, and not at the time of checkout as if they don't believe the customer. Ac was not functioning properly.

The olanro Hotel , just remember this name for the best hotel in Negombo. I stayed for 7 nights at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They always greet and smile. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials, including AC and fridge, all with fantastic views. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all tourist singles and families who want to visit Negombo. Thanks guys

Breakfast service was too slow AC was not cooling enough Some amenities was missing in the room. Eg kettle was not available but in booking.com its says the room comes with a kettle.

Enjoyed everything about this place. The room was comfortable right by the amazing pool. The staff were really attentive and friendly, they couldnt do enough for us. We had some lovely chats with the manager . We were half board and the meals were very good.

We travelled a long way and arrived around 3pm. and needed a cup of tea as we were very thirsty. For the first time we found that there was no Tea/coffee, sugar, milk provided for half board... Though requested, refused to provide ☹️ Next morning ordered tea but served very late. The swimming pool was not clean and some tiles broken and could injure... Despite above, I still would recommend this as a budget hotel and I believe that the few shortcomings will be looked into.

We stayed on half board to attend a wedding there. The wedding reception hall is nice and spacious and the service provided by staff was excellent. The buffet was served in the adjoining hall and it prevented food ordour anddidnot disturb the guests. The room was comfortable with very clean linnen. The bathroom was clean.
